At Xpeer, we're looking for a Digital Marketing & Creativity Trainee to join our team. We're seeking someone creative, proactive, and eager to learn, ideally a student of Graphic Design, Advertising, Communication, or Marketing, with a passion for social media, digital trends, and visual content creation.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in digital marketing, bringing fresh ideas and powerful visuals to help position the Xpeer brand through social media, branding, and creative strategies.


THE POSITION

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and the Marketing Manager, actively participating in content creation, multichannel campaigns, branding actions, and creative projects. You will also have the opportunity to explore automation tools, metrics, and performance if you’re interested in the more strategic side of marketing.

We’re looking for someone with curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn in a dynamic, collaborative environment with real impact on the business.


🧰 Position Overview


  • Manage and publish content on Xpeer’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Support the creation of visual content: images, videos, infographics, reels, stories, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to help position the brand in the digital space.
  • Edit short videos and animations for social media (reels, shorts, TikToks).
  • Design basic visual assets using Canva or Adobe tools for campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the team on digital marketing, branding, and campaign initiatives.
  • Research and apply trends in social media, branding, and visual communication.
  • Use AI tools to support content creation (text, image, etc.) — not mandatory, but highly valued.
  • Provide support for paid campaigns on META, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.


THE REQUIREMENTS


🔑 Your profile


  • Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, visual creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Interest in (or experience with) AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • A curious, committed, and collaborative mindset.
  • Eagerness to be part of a hands-on team, contributing from day one.
