From our headquarters in Poblenou 22@, Barcelona, we are looking for an industrial/product design profile that fits into either of these two areas:
Technical profile: More closely related to Design Engineering.
Creative profile: More oriented toward pure Product Design.
The main requirements and conditions would be as follows:
Technical skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360) and familiarity with graphic tools (Adobe Suite or Affinity).
Experience / Education: Junior profiles with at least 2 to 3 years of academic training. They would work under the guidance of experienced designers.
Aesthetic judgment: We place great value on artistic sensitivity, as well as a background in aesthetics and art history. We are looking for someone who can bring strong visual value, while benefiting from expert technical support alongside them.
Languages: A fluent level of Spanish, and English would always be a plus.
Attitude: A strong ambition to take part in the creation of new product design collections.
Internship conditions:
Format: On-site only.
Schedule: Intensive morning hours (8:00 - 15:00).

- Transformar los criterios de éxito del producto en direcciones conceptuales (investigación de bocetos).
- Transformar direcciones de concepto en conceptos.
- Prototipar y refinar los diseños para evaluar la comprensión y el interés del usuario.
- Preparar presentaciones para clientes, con la finalidad de comunicar los beneficios y características clave de las propuestas.
- Generar material para apoyar las pruebas de los consumidores (guiones gráficos, presentaciones y prototipos).
- Generar archivos de diseño 2D/3D para la creación de prototipos o el desarrollo técnico.
- Documentaciones y directrices de control de diseño.
- Responsable de la investigación cualitativa para identificar tendencias de diseño.
Requisitos:
- Grado en Diseño Industrial
- Inglés avanzado.
- 5 años de experiencia en diseño de productos y/o envases, preferiblemente FMCG
- Comprensión real de la fabricación, los materiales y los procesos, con un fuerte enfoque en el desarrollo de productos.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze user needs through interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions with both internal teams and end customers
- Map workflows and pain points, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities across processes like policy management, support interactions, and underwriting flows
- Design clear and intuitive interfaces that simplify complex tasks such as reviewing documentation, managing customer cases, or supporting operational decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to test and validate solutions early with real users
- Ensure accessibility and usability, following UX best practices and internal guidelines
- Translate usage data and metrics (e.g., error rates, completion times, frequency of use) into actionable design decisions
- Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in UX/UI designs, design thinking, creation of user flows with variable complexity and understanding of how AI tools can support product design.
- Data mindset: Comfortable reading analytics dashboards, understanding funnels and translating data into actions.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, Component Libraries). Knowledge of prototyping and handoff best practices
- Accessibility: Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to design components and patterns that meet those standards
- Language: Fluency in English is required
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
- Previous experience designing management software, chatbots, integrating ai and basic knowledge of CRM/customer service tools
- Previous experience designing conversion flows
- Knowledge of basic understanding of how design components are implemented in code
