Buscamos un/una Analista de Datos - Gobierno y Calidad de la Información Comercial (ubicación: Barcelona, Madrid o Alicante).
La Dirección Calidad del Dato, dentro de Gestión de Datos de Negocio, es la responsable de monitoreo y la implementación sistemas y herramientas que permitan la supervisión constante de la calidad de los datos, identificando y corrigiendo errores en tiempo real. Con esta información se realizan Procesos de Analítica, Modelos Predictivos, Campañas o bien se atienden directamente peticiones de Negocio.
Dentro del equipo, tú misión será: Gobernar los datos del nuevo modelo MDI, base de la herramienta de Adobe y asegurar la calidad de la información de este.
Hablemos del proyecto…
Tus funciones principales serán:
- Supervisarás el mantenimiento y la evolución de modelos de DWH, garantizando la calidad y disponibilidad de la información y asegurando en todo momento la trazabilidad de la información desde su origen hasta su destino.
- Ejecutarás los controles de datos y validaciones existentes, supervisando los resultados de dichos controles. Además, definirás e incorporarás nuevos controles en colaboración con el equipo de IT para identificar cualquier alerta o incidencia en los procesos.
- Realizarás la mejora continua de las herramientas y modelos, contribuyendo a una mayor eficiencia y rapidez en las validaciones.
- Identificaras, registrarás y gestionarás las incidencias relacionadas con la calidad de los datos, asegurando su resolución oportuna.
- Gestionarás los diccionarios de los modelos, los mapas de procesos y los riesgos operacionales asociados.
- Ejecución de tareas BAU solicitadas por la función global.

About The Role
The B2C Analytics team focuses on developing analytics solutions to help the organization make better data driven decisions. Our team is passionate about enabling others to use data and analysis to measure and monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities and find ways to continually add value.
You will primarily support the Consumer side of the business, which includes WSJ, Barron's, MarketWatch and more; but may also include exposure to other areas of the business, such as advertising and the professional information business. You Will
Develop Stakeholder Partnerships
- Develop strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, Newsroom, Finance, Data Collection, Data Engineering and other B2C Stakeholder Business teams and work across all levels and areas of the organization.
- Executie data project roadmaps based on Business teams' priorities.
- Build a deep understanding of all the B2C data sources that we leverage in our Analysis projects

H4-Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. The Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets allow to scale the harmonized business model to OEs worldwide by embedding the harmonized, efficient processes and standardized Master Products.
Within Business Transformation, the BMP Management Team is responsible for steering the BMP program, by defining, owning and implementing its operating model. The department steers the BMP Areas based on demand and value with lean governance, processes and methodologies, including agile and change management.

What You Do
- Define, implement and scale the Reporting Standards for a big insurance platform implementation across different functions, countries and for different organizational levels (top management and operational)

- Compile, issue and update Reports based on JIRA and eazyBI for top management and operational purposes
