About The Role
We are looking for an experienced product designer to be the design owner within a squad. Someone who feels passionate about developing the best experience for our users, based on insights from real people, capable of turning these insights into beautifully designed products.
You will be at the heart of the Product Design Team, where you will be a key driver in the evolution of both the team and the product design. Working closely alongside engineers, researchers, and product managers you will have ownership over key parts of the app and web while also help designing the overall experience of the product.
- You’ll be autonomous. Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final designs.
- As an experienced designer, you will help set the tone for our design team with your work.
- You’ll be working in a squad, small multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, with a product manager, and a team of product researchers, among others.
- Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is warranted and when it is best to change paths and try another approach.
- Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific platform demands to produce data-informed solutions.
- Lead design projects to increase activation, retention and engagement.
- You are a great designer with amazing design skills. You have proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies.

Actualmente buscamos un/a Técnico de Ciberseguridad en Red Team / Hacking ético/ Pentesting con experiencia laboral con al menos tres o cuatro años en Red Team para un proyecto estable en el Sector IT
Modalidad Híbrido en oficina de Barcelona
Horario estándar de Oficina 09:00 – 18:00h con intensivo en Verano (Julio y Agosto)
¿Qué necesitamos que aportes?
• Experiencia realizando RedTeaming/pentesting/hacking/auditorías técnicas de seguridad de aplicaciones (Web, móviles Android e iOS), APIs e infraestructura
• Dominio y aplicación de metodologías y marcos de referencia como OWASP, OSSTMM, NIST, TIBER-EU y especialmente MITRE AT&ACK (conocimiento en APTs y TTPs)
• Conocer la seguridad en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo: análisis de riesgos, modelado de amenazas y pruebas de seguridad, entre otras.
• Conocimientos de sistemas (Linux / Windows)
• Certificaciones (mínimo una de ellas o similares): OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, OSEE, GIAC-GPEN, CRTO, CRTE, CRTP, OSEP, HTB CPTS, Certified Cyberdefender (CCD).
• Imprescindible: Catalán avanzado.

GRAND busca: UX/UI Designer Midweight con experiencia en proyectos digitales complejos, criterio visual afinado y capacidad para trabajar en entornos corporativos, multidisciplinares y globales.
En GRAND diseñamos estrategias, servicios, productos y experiencias para clientes nacionales e internacionales. Nuestro trabajo combina diseño, investigación y negocio, y colaboramos en proyectos de gran escala, incluidos los que desarrollamos con Japón.

— Objetivo:
Buscamos a una persona UX/UI Midweight que quiera crecer en una compañía independiente, exigente y muy centrada en la calidad del diseño y en la ejecución.
Es imprescindible contar con mínimo 4 años de experiencia real en proyectos complejos (no basta con agencia pequeña o escuela).
Debe aportar habilidades elevadas tanto en UX como en UI, incluyendo la producción de prototipos de alta fidelidad, sistemas de diseño y validación de usabilidad.
— Principales funciones a desarrollar
– Diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario para entornos web y móvil: mapas de viaje de usuario, flujos, wireframes, prototipos de media a alta fidelidad.
– Crear materiales online y offline alineados con sistemas de identidad visual y manuales de marca, asegurando consistencia visual, accesibilidad y usabilidad.
– Planificar y ejecutar investigación de usuarios y usabilidad (entrevistas, pruebas moderadas y no moderadas, benchmarking, análisis heurístico).
– Coordinar validaciones con usuarios y stakeholders, iterar con feedback y documentar decisiones de diseño.
– Facilitar workshops de Design Thinking, co-diseño y visual thinking para alinear equipos internos y externos hacia soluciones de diseño.
– Integrar hallazgos en artefactos estratégicos como customer journey maps, service blueprints, Business Model Canvas y design systems.
– Colaborar con equipos de producto, tecnología, marketing y negocio; defender y documentar el trabajo ante cliente.
– Preparar presentaciones de diseño en Keynote/PowerPoint, storyboards y materiales que expliquen procesos, decisiones y resultados de forma clara y visual.
– Proponer mejoras post-lanzamiento de productos o servicios, hacer seguimiento de métricas de UX, proponer iteraciones.
– Viajar ocasionalmente para talleres, investigación o supervisión de implementaciones (España, Europa o Japón según proyecto).
— Experiencia y habilidades
Experiencia:
– Más de 4 años trabajando en proyectos digitales complejos (empresa mediana/ grande) donde hayas intervenido de forma significativa en UX/UI.
– Experiencia contrastada en diseño de sistemas, interfaces escalables y metodologías de usabilidad (análisis heurístico, card-sorting, tree-testing, pruebas moderadas/ no moderadas).
Formación:
– Estudios en diseño, interacción, HCI, UX/UI, psicología, negocio o campos afines.
– Valorable formación adicional o máster en UX/UI o un portfolio que lo compense con experiencia demostrada.
Habilidades técnicas:
– Dominio fluido de Figma; también valorables Sketch, Adobe XD.
– Experiencia en creación de prototipos interactivos (por ejemplo: Framer, Principle, ProtoPie) y animaciones UI básicas.
– Conocimientos medios de HTML5, CSS3 y comprensión básica de JavaScript/React para colaborar con desarrollo y comprender limitaciones técnicas.
– Experiencia en diseño responsive y mobile-first (iOS, Android), sistemas de diseño (componentes, librerías), handoff a desarrollo.
– Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban), herramientas de seguimiento (Jira, Confluence) y versionado de diseño (Abstract, Figma Libraries).
– Conocimientos de accesibilidad web (WCAG), performance UX, métricas de uso y analítica básica (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Idiomas:
– Inglés mínimo C1 (hablado y escrito).
– Español nativo o nivel equivalente.
