Product Design Team @Heetch

We’re a team of 4 Product Designers with different and complementary skillsets in user research, prototyping, service design, UI design… The Senior Product & Service Designer’s role is to make sure we’ll find the best solutions to the company’s challenges and our user’s needs. To help us with that, we’ve created a user research playbook, a tokenised design system and pushed branding and prototyping further than a lot of startups in Europe. Designers work closely with product managers and business teams in order to define product road map and shape high-quality deliveries.

This role is based in our Barcelona HQ, using a hybrid setting.

What will be your role?

Reporting to the Head of Service Design, you will be part of our Product Design team and will work closely with our Product Designers, Product Managers, Business teams and Engineers. You will design the best experience for our passengers and drivers across our Web, iOS and Android platforms in Europe and Africa. Designers at Heetch are responsible for all the facets of the design process.

In a nutshell, you will:

- Be the User Research expert on your team.

- Extract insights, conduct research and design solutions:

- Data analysis, workshops, interviews, personas, user journeys, problem prioritization (Understand our passengers’ and drivers’ points of view!)

- User task, user flows, site map, design system improvement, wireframes, UI and prototypes (Get them validated by testing them on real people!)

- Usability test, results analysis, A/B testing

- Stay up-to-date on mobile UI patterns and trends in order to build our own design system

- Communicate to members of the design, development and product management teams

- Design workflows and beautiful solutions to bring to life innovative concepts for cross-platform applications

Does it sound like you?

- You're skilled in user research, user experience, interaction design and visual design

- You have a strong portfolio and mobile app designs available on the AppStore/PlayStore

- You've worked for more than 3 years on product and service design with a focus on mobile apps

- You're able to clearly articulate and communicate design decisions

- You're a problem-solver: You have an analytical mind and can navigate through complex UX obstacles in a thoughtful and logical way

- Create beautiful high-fidelity mockups and prototypes : You know how to be speedy and resourceful while doing so

- Prototyping is natural for you: Figma, Principle, Framer, Origami or equivalent have no secret for you

- You're familiar with our design stack: Figma, Miro, Notion, Maze, Typeform, Dovetail, Slack.

- You've got a strong eye to detail (typography, layout, colour theory and pixel)

- You're fluent in French and English

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of the mobility industry

Experience working in Inclusive Design (accessibility, etc.).

Experience in design-oriented data analysis

Understanding of how coding works

What will you do 🧑💻👩💻

• 1st Level Support Technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.
• IT Administration of our Málaga office.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software.
• Provides answers to “clients” by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
• Improves client references and writing and maintaining documentation.
• Operate devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, LinuxOS, WinOS, ServerOS).
• Operate IT Infrastructure Systems (Active Directory, Printers, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, groups policies, VPN, network technologies and Backup).
• Support other functions as IT policies implementation, onboarding/offboarding among others.

Estamos buscando un/a Senior iOS Developer, un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico, para nuestras oficinas en MADRID (Edificio Luca de Tena).

Nuestro trabajo consiste en evolucionar, mantener y dar soporte en nuestro producto más relevante, la OneApp, que como aplicación móvil para nuestros clientes particulares, no solo atiende a España sino que da servicio a países en Europa como son, Portugal, Reino Unido y Polonia. Qué esperamos de ti:

- Tener desde un Grado en Ingeniería o grado superior (informática y comunicaciones; electricidad y electrónica)
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia como desarrollador iOS.
- Idioma: Español e Inglés valorable
- Conocimientos avanzados de Programación Orientada a Objetos, Programación Orientada a Aspectos, Inversión de Control e inyección de dependencias.
- Conocimientos de los "principios SOLID" y de "Clean Architecture", con experiencia en programación por capas, y separación de vista, lógica de negocio y datos.
- Patrones de arquitectura: MVP y MVVM (patrón referencia) más Coordinator para la navegación.
- Lenguajes de programación: Swift 5.6 y superiores.
- Experiencia con git, gestión de ramas (develop, master, release), creación de Pull Requests, resolución de conflictos.
- Gestión de dependencias: CocoaPods y Swift Package Manager
- Programación reactiva: Librería OpenCombine y Combine (a partir de iOS 13)
- Experiencia en seguridad: Gestión de certificados HTTPS, aplicación de SSL Pinning.
- Bases de datos cifradas, como SQLCipher.
- Encriptación de datos.
- Conocimiento de metodología TDD (Test Driven Development) y creación de tests unitarios.
- Conocimiento de la metodología BDD (Behavior Driven Development), lenguaje Gherkin y del uso de IDs que se usarán para la creación de tests funcionales.
- Experiencia en el manejo de herramientas como Postman y SOAP UI para las pruebas con APIs REST y WebServices. Conocimientos de estándares REST y códigos de respuesta HTTP.
- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas como Charles Proxy para poder revisar y corregir incidencias.
- Conocimiento funcional de normativa PSD2, con conceptos como SCA
- Uso de APIs de notificaciones y analíticas (Google Analytics y Tealium)
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum y Kanban)
- Experiencia en la integración de componentes web a través de Webviews.

What will you do?

At INNOCV Solutions, we are growing and working on new projects. You will join one of our teams, which excels in the following areas:

• iOS application development with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integration with analytics and tracking tools: Firebase and Google Analytics.
• Creation of clean code architectures and continuous application maintenance.
• Implementation of unit tests and collaboration with the QA team, as well as the creation of unit tests and/or testing plans.
• Management of third-party SDK integrations and cloud services.
• Implementation of continuous integration processes to optimize application development and deployment (Sonar, AppCenter, Azure DevOps, ...).
  
  

What do we value?

• Being highly skilled in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience implementing agile workflows with Scrum and Git flow.
• A focus on innovation and continuous updates on iOS technologies and trends.
• Ability to adapt to client needs and work together on customized solutions.
• Knowledge of app deployment on the App Store.
• Familiarity with technologies like Combine (or RxSwift), Core Data, and performance optimization in iOS applications.
  
  

Additionally, although it’s not essential, it will be helpful to:

• Have an intermediate to advanced level of English (B2-C1).
