The Challenge

With a 10+ year-old codebase and more than 18 iOS developers pushing code daily to the same repository, we face numerous challenges. Our most important technologies include:

What You Will Do
- Design and implement new features following our architectural guidelines
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Help improve our testing practices and code quality
- Contribute to the evolution of our architecture and development practices
- Work closely with other platforms to ensure consistent user experiences
- Participate in technical decisions that impact your team´s features

What We´re Looking For
- Strong experience with Swift and iOS development
- Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable code
- Experience working in large modular codebases with multiple teams
- Good understanding of software architecture principles
- Experience with reactive programming (RxSwift)

La misión del/de la Frontend Developer es contribuir al diseño y desarrollo de experiencias de usuario excepcionales, asegurando un análisis proactivo y enfocado en el rendimiento de las aplicaciones web. Esto implica trabajar en la optimización de la capacidad y rendimiento del frontend, así como en la implementación y mejora continua de políticas de monitorización para garantizar la estabilidad y eficiencia de la interfaz de usuario. — Programamos con diseño Mobile First.

— Diseñamos y supervisamos el desarrollo del frontend en términos de seguridad del servicio.

— Gestionamos los flujo de versiones.

— Nos mantenemos al día de las tecnologías emergentes.

— Prestamos asistencia en la resolución de problemas técnicos.

Requirements

Y esto es lo que nos gustaría que trajera a Cloud la persona que se una al equipo:

— Experiencia demostrable como desarrollador Frontend.

— Sabes de React, React Native y Redux (Thunk y Sagas).

— Valoraremos muy positivamente el conocimiento de Vue.js y/o Next.js.

— Experiencia con ecosistemas nativos Android e iOS.

— Conocimiento en librerías React como React Query o React Admin.

— Estamos dirigiéndonos en muchos proyectos hacia Typescript por lo que valoramos la experiencia con este entorno, encontrando comodidad con asincronía y programación funcional.

— Te van las buenas prácticas y el clean code en el proceso de desarrollo (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Análisis Estático).

— Hablas español, aunque no sea tu lengua materna, lo escribes, lo entiendes y lo hablas de manera fluida.

Dentro de BNP Paribas Personal Finance, precisamos incorporar un(a) estudiante en beca que pueda dar soporte a un equipo que forma parte de South Europe Technologies (SET), Centro Internacional de Servicios Compartidos de IT, Data, Operaciones y Ciberseguridad.

Después de una formación interna con el Tech Lead del departamento, el cual se encarga de gestionar el aprovisionamiento, los cambios, las incidencias y la gestión de activos de IT asociados al espacio de trabajo digital basado en tecnologías Windows, Mac e IOS; las principales responsabilidades de su puesto serán (de forma gradual):

• Suministrar herramientas de espacio de trabajo digital (portátil, móvil, softwares) para las nuevas incorporaciones; siguiendo y ejecutando las diferentes etapas del proceso para la correcta configuración de la plataforma de usuario final para los colaboradores informáticos y no informáticos.

• Apoyar al usuario final en la resolución de incidencias y gestionar el escalado a equipos de nivel 3 en BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

• Realizar actualizaciones o migraciones de la plataforma del espacio de trabajo digital, como el cambio de Windows a Mac.

• Gestionar el inventario de software y las auditorías de uso de los productos en el ámbito de aplicación.

• Gestionar el inventario de hardware de portátiles y accesorios, así como gestionar el ciclo de vida, desde el aprovisionamiento hasta el desmantelamiento.

• Gestionar el inventario junto con el equipo de Seguridad TI y solicitar cambios de flujos desde la estación de trabajo a los servidores requeridos por los usuarios que impliquen proxies o firewalls.

• Contribuir y formar a los usuarios en el correcto uso de Service Now como herramienta para registrar y monitorizar toda la actividad del equipo.

• Seguimiento del inventario de hardware y compras.

Los requisitos técnicos que necesitarás para cubrir esta posición son:

• Conocimientos de Office (Word, Excel, PPT...).

• Service Now.

• Macbook Air M3.

• Windows.

• Iphone.

• Pirus.

Y las habilidades técnicas son:

• Inglés (mínimo B2).

Estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de Sistemas para trabajar en uno de nuestros clientes en Retiro.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
-Gestión de proyectos tecnológicos: Planificación, coordinación, control y seguimiento.
-Gestión de la demanda de solicitudes de usuario a través de herramienta de ticketing Jira: triaje, resolución (Remoto e in situ), escalado y seguimiento de solicitudes hasta su resolución y cierre.
-Gestión y mantenimiento del parque informático (Hardware y software), incluyendo la detección proactiva y resolución de posibles averías.
-Gestión de comunicaciones LAN y MacroLAN y telefonía fija VozIP y móvil.
-Plataformado, bastionado, inventariado y distribución de activos informáticos.
-Apoyo en la implantación de soluciones tecnológicas en la compañía.
-Elaboración de procedimientos y manuales técnicos/as.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
-Titulación: Grado universitario en ingeniería o FP de grado superior
-2-3 años de experiencia
-Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de IT
-Entornos: Microsoft Windows Server, servidores de virtualización VMWare.
-Sistemas operativos: Windows Server 2016, 2022, W10, W11), IOS, Android.
-Comunicaciones: Redes LAN, MacroLAN, Telefonía fija VozIP, 3G, 4G y telefonía móvil.
-Herramientas: JIRA, Office 365, SCCM, Intune.
-Conexiones remotas: RDP, Asistencia rápida Microsoft.
-Conocimientos de Active Directory.
-Conocimientos de ITIL 
¿Qué ofrecemos?
-Salario: 26.000€+2.000€ b/a de bonus por objetivos individuales anuales
-Modalidad de trabajo híbrida en Retiro: 70% presencial, 30% teletrabajo
-Otros beneficios: Seguro médico/a y otros seguros, flexibilidad horaria de entrada y salida, jornada intensiva viernes y verano.
-Horario de L a J de 7:30 AM hasta completar 8 horas y 1/2 (con descanso), y V hasta completar 6 horas y 1/2
