¿Qué te hará triunfar en ambas posiciones?
- Tener entre 2 y 6 años de experiencia en proyectos de Data Science y Machine Learning, desarrollando modelos preferiblemente en entornos de Big Data, enfocados en la resolución de problemáticas y desafíos de negocio.
- Tener formación en matemáticas, estadística, ingeniería, economía o áreas afines, con una sólida base en estadística y análisis cuantitativo. Se valorarán estudios de postgrado en Data Science o Big Data.
- Que aportes experiencia en proyectos de data en el sector bancario.
- Alto nivel de programación en Python, SQL y PySpark.
- Conocimientos prácticos en librerías y frameworks de Machine Learning como Scikit-learn, TensorFlow o PyTorch, diseñando, evaluando y llevando modelos a entornos productivos.
- Manejarte en entornos Cloud, siendo más valorado AWS y especialmente los módulos de CloudWatch, Sagemaker, EMR, Athena, S3 y Glue.
- Deseables habilidades para trabajar en circuitos de integración continua: git, jenkins, Bitbucket.
- Pensamiento analítico: sólidas habilidades para resolver problemas con la capacidad de analizar conjuntos de datos complejos y traducir los conocimientos en recomendaciones prácticas.
- Puedes participar en proyectos internacionales, por lo que es deseable que tengas un nivel de inglés que te permita trabajar en este idioma de manera fluida.

Responsibilities

The Role:
The Trade Engine Engineering team at Ebury is seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in our team. As part of our diverse team spread across South America and Europe, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the development and optimisation of our multi-currency accounting system and exchange of foreign currencies. Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate with colleagues from different countries.
- Deep understanding of distributed system concepts, microservices architecture, and cloud-based technologies to effectively contribute to cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in constructing and managing services, including establishing standard APIs, integrating monitoring and alerting services, and expert integration with external systems.
- Comfort with legacy code, allowing you to maintain it and propose improvements once familiar with our workflows to help reduce technical debt.
- A strong commitment to quality, expecting your code to be testable and well-covered with unit and integration tests. Familiarity with CI Jenkins pipelines and Terraform for the deployment of services and infrastructure is a plus.

Descripción
La persona seleccionada como Analista Funcional IT, habrá participado en proyectos de desarrollo de soluciones con tecnología JAVA.
El objetivo de este proceso es la obtención de una especificación detallada en una propuesta de sistema de información, que analice los requisitos funcionales que cubran las necesidades del usuario y sirva de base para el posterior diseño del sistema.
FUNCIONES:
Análisis y gestión de requisitos funcionales
- Desde los requisitos de usuario supervisados por el jefe de proyecto, se deberán analizar las necesidades, restricciones e interfaces quedando reflejado dicho estudio en una colección de requisitos funcionales que deberán ser aprobados por el usuario.
- Gestionar todos los requisitos y sus peticiones de cambio para un proyecto/mantenimiento.
Apoyo en la planificación y seguimiento
- Apoyar al jefe de proyecto en las actividades de estimación, planificación e identificación de los riesgos del proyecto.
Análisis
- Análisis de la funcionalidad del sistema partiendo de la situación actual, para obtener el cálculo de necesidades que permita establecer el conjunto de procesos implicados en el cambio, aplicando técnicas como casos de uso..
- Análisis de la solución a través de un nivel de descomposición en requisitos funcionales claros y sencillos que permitan la trazabilidad del diseño.
- Construcción del modelo de datos de alto nivel que permita contener las nuevas necesidades de cada uno de los procesos que conforman el sistema de información, sirviendo de referencia para la arquitectura del diseño.
- Análisis del interfaz de usuarios del sistema.
Pruebas
- Revisión de la estrategia de pruebas, con el fin de revisar los compromisos para pasar a las pruebas de aceptación del usuario y paso a producción, declarados por el jefe de proyecto.
- Preparar la infraestructura de pruebas necesaria.
Supervisión de las actividades de diseño
- Definición de la arquitectura del sistema y del entorno tecnológico que le va a dar soporte
- Normalización del modelo de datos.
- Descripción técnica del plan de pruebas
- Las necesidades relativas a la implantación del sistema, el diseño de los procedimientos de migración y carga inicial de los datos.
Proceso
- Velar por el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos devengados, para cumplir con CMMi nivel 3.
- Apoyar en la consecución de los planes de formación establecidos.

- Formación en Informática, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
