Buscamos un perfil técnico híbrido entre ingeniería de datos y desarrollo de software, con enfoque en el gobierno del dato y la construcción de agentes inteligentes.

Serás responsable de diseñar soluciones que garanticen la trazabilidad, calidad y disponibilidad del dato en todo su ciclo de vida, al mismo tiempo que desarrollas sistemas autónomos e inteligentes.Este rol combina la creación de pipelines y modelos de datos robustos con la automatización inteligente de procesos, integrando tecnologías como Databricks, MLflow y Temporal.Io.¿Cómo será tu día a día en Tuio?Desarrollarás y mantendrás pipelines de datos en Databricks (Spark, Delta).Implementarás prácticas de gobernanza del dato: control de calidad, trazabilidad, versionado y documentación estructurada.Modelado de datos con enfoque en Deltalake con Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) para su explotación analítica.Construirás agentes inteligentes y componentes autónomos que ejecutan flujos complejos en Temporal.Io.Automatizarás procesos de entrenamiento y monitorización de modelos con MLflow.Colaborarás con usuarios de negocio para traducir requisitos en soluciones técnicas.Expondrás y facilitarás el acceso al dato a través de herramientas como Metabase y Superset.Eres lo que estamos buscando si tienes…Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, Física o similar.Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Ingeniería de datosExperiencia en desarrollo con Python, especialmente en entornos de datos.Conocimiento práctico de Spark y el ecosistema Databricks.Conocimiento de bases de datos analíticas como ClickHouse.Buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software: testing, control de versiones, CI/CD.Capacidad para colaborar con perfiles multidisciplinares.Interés y capacidad para trabajar en iniciativas de gobernanza del dato (calidad, trazabilidad, documentación, catalogación) y en el desarrollo de agentes inteligentes que operan sobre flujos de datos y sistemas distribuidos.Destacarás si tienes…Familiaridad con MLflow o herramientas similares de seguimiento de experimentos.Experiencia previa con Temporal.Io o sistemas de orquestación similares.Conocimiento de SQL avanzado y modelado de datos para BI.Experiencia con Metabase o Superset.Experiencia en proyectos de machine learning o ciencia de datos aplicada.¿Qué podemos ofrecerte??? Buscamos a un/a Data Scientist con 3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos, apasionado/a por extraer insights y construir modelos de Machine Learning.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia sólida en Python.
• Buen dominio de la modularización y la programación orientada a objetos (OOP).
• Experiencia trabajando con Git y buenas prácticas de control de versiones.
• Conocimiento en tests unitarios y prácticas de CI/CD.
• Se valorará positivamente experiencia con Azure Databricks y Azure Machine Learning (Jobs, Pipelines, YAMLs).
• Se valorará experiencia con PySpark.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de tareas como Azure DevOps, Jira o similares.
• Buen nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Comenzarás cada jornada con una reunión diaria de seguimiento de proyecto donde compartirás avances, bloqueos y próximos pasos con el equipo.
• Tendrás autonomía para organizar tu trabajo, gestionando tus tareas y tiempos de forma flexible, con foco en la entrega de valor y resultados.
• Participarás en reuniones de equipo semanales para compartir aprendizajes y fomentar la colaboración.
• Te reunirás directamente con el cliente para presentar avances, resolver dudas y entender mejor sus necesidades.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Contrato indefinido y salario entre los 38.000 y 42.000 euros brutos/año de entrada, ajustado según tu experiencia (nuestro plan de carrera incluye 2 revisiones anuales).
