Actualmente tenemos vacantes abiertas en distintas sedes para expertos/as en Backend Java que quieran desarollar su carrera en GFT. Buscamos personas entusiastas y dinámicas dispuestas a empezar y crecer en un entorno multicultural, motivador y desafiante. 

 

Tus principales responsabilidades son:
 

Aunque dependerán de tu perfil y experiencia aportada, en general las principales funciones que llevarías a cabo con nosotros serían:

 

• Analizar y Programar tanto sobre código existente como desde cero, y realizar el mantenimiento de módulos de software de complejidad media, trabajando a partir de requisitos y especificaciones detallados de forma oral y escrita.
• Realizar revisiones de código de otros desarrolladores y proporcionar puntos de mejora
• Dar soporte a los perfiles más junior actuando como punto de referencia cuando necesiten ayuda o soporte en temas específicos.
• Ayudar en el desarrollo de prototipos de módulos de software y aplicaciones.
• Desarrollar tests unitarios y asumir la responsabilidad sobre el test unitario del código propio Consolidar el conocimiento de todas las herramientas y plantillas de testing y bug tracking empleadas dentro del proyecto.
• Participar en distintas fases del ciclo de desarrollo.

 

Requisitos deseados:

 

• Graduado en Ingeniería informática (o equivalente).

• Graduado en Formación Profesional Superior o Medio en Informática.

• Experiencia en desarrollo con Java, microservicios Spring boot bajo entorno AWS
• Se valora otras tecnologías como Kakfka y arquitectura hexagonal

Lo que harás en tu día a día…

La unidad de SIA (Soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial) es la encargada de impulsar, gestionar e implementar proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial en Sabadell Digital, asegurando su encaje con las necesidades de Negocio, los marcos tecnológicos corporativos, la arquitectura objetivo, los criterios de seguridad, gobierno del dato y cumplimiento normativo aplicables.

Funciones

• Gestionar la demanda de proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial desde su identificación inicial hasta su priorización, definición, estimación, planificación y seguimiento de la entrega.
• Acompañar a las áreas de Negocio y Business Partners en la definición de casos de uso de IA, asegurando que las necesidades se traducen en iniciativas viables, medibles y alineadas con la estrategia de Sabadell Digital.
• Analizar funcional y técnicamente las iniciativas de IA, evaluando su alcance, viabilidad, dependencias, impacto en procesos, datos necesarios, riesgos y beneficios esperados.
• Gestionar presupuesto, recursos, planificación, estimaciones, hitos y dependencias para asegurar el delivery de los proyectos de IA en plazo, coste y calidad.
• Reportar avances, riesgos, bloqueos y alertas tempranas en los distintos comités y foros de seguimiento, facilitando la toma de decisiones y la priorización de la demanda.
• Coordinar equipos transversales necesarios para la implantación de soluciones de IA: arquitectura, datos, infraestructura/cloud, ciberseguridad, gobierno del dato, legal, cumplimiento, testing, usuarios y proveedores tecnológicos.
• Asegurar que las soluciones propuestas cumplen los criterios corporativos de seguridad, privacidad, trazabilidad, explicabilidad, ética, calidad del dato y control del riesgo operacional.
• Coordinar la transición desde la prueba de concepto o piloto hasta la industrialización, despliegue y operación de la solución de IA.
• Gestionar partners, contratos, costes, entregables y compromisos de proveedores especializados en IA, analítica avanzada, plataformas cloud, integración o servicios tecnológicos.
• Definir e impulsar buenas prácticas, estándares y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia, reutilización y escalabilidad del delivery de proyectos de IA.
• Mantener actualizada la información disponible en las herramientas corporativas de gestión de demanda, proyectos, presupuesto, riesgos y seguimiento.

Lo que valoramos…

Formación

• Grado superior, ingeniería o licenciatura en informática, telecomunicaciones, matemáticas, estadística, ciencia de datos, ingeniería industrial o similar.
• Valorable formación específica en Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning, ciencia de datos, analítica avanzada, gobierno del dato, gestión de proyectos o metodologías ágiles.

Conocimientos/skills

• Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de proyectos de desarrollo de software y de soluciones de IA: identificación de la demanda, análisis de viabilidad, estimación, planificación, definición funcional, construcción, pruebas, validación, despliegue, seguimiento y operación.
• Conocimiento funcional de tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning, IA generativa, modelos de lenguaje, asistentes virtuales, automatización inteligente, analítica avanzada y soluciones basadas en datos.
• Conocimiento de gobierno del dato, calidad del dato, privacidad, seguridad, trazabilidad, explicabilidad, monitorización de modelos y control de riesgos asociados a soluciones de IA.

Experiencia

• 2 años de experiencia previa como Project Manager, Program Manager, Demand Manager, Product Owner o rol similar en entornos tecnológicos complejos.
• Experiencia en la identificación, definición y gestión de casos de uso de Inteligencia Artificial, analítica avanzada, automatización o soluciones basadas en datos.
• Experiencia en análisis funcional y coordinación de equipos técnicos, de datos, arquitectura, seguridad, negocio y proveedores.
• Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales, así como en la gestión de iniciativas desde fases tempranas de demanda hasta la implantación productiva.
• Experiencia en gestión presupuestaria, planificación, seguimiento de hitos, gestión de riesgos y reporte ejecutivo.
• Experiencia en el ámbito de servicios financieros, regulación bancaria, riesgos, canales digitales, atención al cliente o procesos operativos será un plus.

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on Reliability & System Engineering: Design, build, and operate reliable and scalable systems by defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, working directly on production infrastructure, and collaborating closely with software engineers on system design and reliability improvements
• Automation, Operations & Incident Response: Actively develop automation for infrastructure and operational workflows to eliminate toil and reduce MTTR, participate in and lead incident response, and drive blameless post-incident reviews with concrete follow-ups implemented in code and tooling
• Performance, Capacity & Security: Continuously analyze and optimize system performance and cost, provide data, insights, and recommendations to inform capacity planning, and support security best practices through hands-on vulnerability remediation and threat mitigation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• SRE & Cloud Engineering: Hands-on experience with SRE practices in production, strong AWS expertise, Kubernetes, networking, DNS, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform a plus)
• Automation & Software Engineering: Demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals with an emphasis on code quality and maintainability. This includes solid Python proficiency and deep knowledge of the Python ecosystem (testing, debugging, packaging) and a consistent focus on writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Reliability, Data & Operations: add stakeholder engagement and mentoring e.g. lead incident response and RCAs, improve system reliability, and engage stakeholders to propose solutions, share learnings, and mentor others

Sobre la posición:

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on Reliability & System Engineering: Design, build, and operate reliable and scalable systems by defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, working directly on production infrastructure, and collaborating closely with software engineers on system design and reliability improvements
• Automation, Operations & Incident Response: Actively develop automation for infrastructure and operational workflows to eliminate toil and reduce MTTR, participate in and lead incident response, and drive blameless post-incident reviews with concrete follow-ups implemented in code and tooling
• Performance, Capacity & Security: Continuously analyze and optimize system performance and cost, provide data, insights, and recommendations to inform capacity planning, and support security best practices through hands-on vulnerability remediation and threat mitigation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• SRE & Cloud Engineering: Hands-on experience with SRE practices in production, strong AWS expertise, Kubernetes, networking, DNS, and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform a plus)
• Automation & Software Engineering: Demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals with an emphasis on code quality and maintainability. This includes solid Python proficiency and deep knowledge of the Python ecosystem (testing, debugging, packaging) and a consistent focus on writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Reliability, Data & Operations: add stakeholder engagement and mentoring e.g. lead incident response and RCAs, improve system reliability, and engage stakeholders to propose solutions, share learnings, and mentor others
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Regulated Environments & Security: Experience operating in highly regulated industries (e.g. Insurance, Banking, Healthcare), managing sensitive data, and supporting secure networking setups, including exposure to security technologies such as Cloudflare
• Distributed Systems & Microservices: Strong understanding of microservices architectures, their principles and trade-offs, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain distributed systems and supporting technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Observability, Data and MLOps: Hands-on experience with Datadog for platform and application monitoring, performance optimisation, and solid fundamentals in database structures and operational troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with PySpark and familiarity with MLOps practices including model registries, versioning, retraining workflows, and deployment lifecycles
