En CMV Consultores buscamos incorporar un/a Desarrollador/a Senior especializado/a en Genesys Cloud para un proyecto estratégico en el sector bancario. Se trata de un perfil técnico con experiencia sólida en integraciones vía APIs, capaz de conectar Genesys Cloud con Chatbots y Voicebots de terceros, y con autonomía para participar en decisiones técnicas y de arquitectura. Funciones
Diseñar e implementar integraciones con APIs de Genesys Cloud.
Conectar Genesys con Chatbots y Voicebots de terceros.
Capturar y exponer datos clave (intents, resúmenes, métricas, duración).
Configurar y optimizar flujos en Genesys Architect.
Colaborar en el diseño de la arquitectura de integración.
Requisitos imprescindibles
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia con Genesys Cloud.
Experiencia sólida en Genesys Cloud CX, Web Messaging y Open Messaging.
Conocimiento de REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, Webhooks y Audiohooks.
Experiencia en JavaScript/TypeScript, Python o Java.
Experiencia con arquitecturas de integración y microservicios.
Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
Muy valorable
Experiencia con Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework.
Uso de APIs de reporting, métricas y BBDD de Genesys Cloud para extracción de datos.
Experiencia previa en entorno bancario.
