💻Algunas de tus funciones

• Gestión de Servicio (BAU): Liderar el mantenimiento correctivo y evolutivo de aplicaciones y servicios críticos, garantizando la continuidad del negocio y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLAs).
• Interlocución Transversal: Actuar como puente de comunicación efectivo entre las unidades de negocio y los equipos técnicos de desarrollo/sistemas.
• Gestión Operativa: Supervisión del ciclo de vida de los tickets y peticiones a través de herramientas de ITSM (ServiceDesk o similares).

💻💪🏻Habilidades y requisitos

• Background Tecnológico: Experiencia previa en entornos de desarrollo y arquitectura moderna, específicamente en el ecosistema Azure, .NET y arquitectura de microservicios.
• Capacidad de Análisis: solvencia técnica para entender la problemática, proponer soluciones y gestionar la interlocución técnica con criterio.
• Herramientas: Familiaridad con herramientas de ticketing y gestión de servicios (ServiceDesk, Jira Service Management, etc.).

Valorables (Nice to Have)

• Experiencia previa o conocimiento del sector asegurador.

Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Leader with strong experience in microservices architectures and big data solutions to join the CDAIO Tech & Engineer team.

The Tech Leader will act as the technical reference, driving architectural evolution across both application and Big Data ecosystems, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business and data governance needs. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical leader and point of reference for the Datatooling platform.
- Define, evolve and govern the microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Own key technical decisions, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
- Lead the integration and optimal use of ElasticSearch, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive the design and evolution of data processing solutions using Spark and Databricks.
- Oversee orchestration and scheduling of data workflows using Airflow and Control-M.
- Ensure alignment between application services and Big Data platforms.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices and architectural principles.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.

Qualifications

Required Technical Skills
