Buscamos un perfil técnico versátil para el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones donde la IA es la protagonista.

Tareas

PROYECTO & EQUIPO

Formarás parte de una iniciativa estratégica de desarrollo de una plataforma de datos e inteligencia artificial para uno de nuestros principales clientes internacionales del sector farmacéutico. El proyecto es crítico para el negocio, dando soporte a productos de IA generativa, chatbots y procesamiento de datos en tiempo real, donde la estabilidad, la calidad del software, la escalabilidad y la capacidad de procesamiento son fundamentales.

Te integrarás en un equipo técnico compuesto por perfiles backend, frontend, ingenieros de IA y DevOps con distintos niveles de seniority, coordinados por un responsable técnico. La dinámica de trabajo es colaborativa, con revisión de código, control de versiones y foco en buenas prácticas de desarrollo y un fuerte componente de innovación, donde se busca desacoplar servicios y optimizar el rendimiento de la plataforma para la ingesta y gestión de grandes volúmenes de datos.

Tu papel será clave para la evolución de la plataforma, participando en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones backend híbridas (Node/Python) robustas y escalables. REQUISITOS & EXPERIENCIA

Para que tu perfil sea considerado, será necesario que cuentes con por lo menos dos años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo backend con Node.js en entornos productivos, así como tener motivación por seguir aprendiendo.

Entre las habilidades y conocimientos imprescindibles se incluyen:
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo con Node.js
- Experiencia desarrollando APIs y servicios con Python, específicamente con FastAPI
- Conocimiento profundo de arquitecturas de eventos y uso de herramientas de streaming/mensajería como Apache Kafka
- Trabajo con bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) y conocimientos de SQL

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- • Must be 18 years of age or older

En GMV llevamos la ingeniería del software al siguiente nivel, y estamos ampliando nuestros equipos en el sector espacio, para participar en el desarrollo fullstack en los sistemas de comunicaciones satelitales. ¿A QUÉ RETO TE VAS A ENFRENTAR?
Te incorporarás a un entorno internacional donde la ingeniería de software se aplica a sistemas avanzados de comunicaciones por satélite. Participarás en todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo, desde el diseño hasta la puesta en producción, trabajando codo con codo con otros equipos técnicos y contribuyendo a soluciones que van mucho más allá de una aplicación tradicional.
A nivel tecnológico, trabajarás con Node.js y Angular como base del desarrollo, en arquitecturas de microservicios que se comunican mediante RabbitMQ, con MongoDB como base de datos. El despliegue y la operación se apoyan en Docker y Kubernetes, formando parte de un ecosistema moderno y alineado con las prácticas actuales de desarrollo.

En WayOps estamos buscando un/a DevOps Engineer con experiencia en entornos Data & AI, para incorporarse a un equipo de alto nivel que trabaja en proyectos innovadores con tecnologías punteras en entornos AWS.
La persona seleccionada se unirá a nuestro equipo para colaborar en la construcción de una plataforma avanzada de industrialización de modelos de inteligencia artificial. Tendrá un rol clave en el diseño y desarrollo responsable de modelos en la plataforma analítica, así como en la implementación de pipelines CI/CD para una entrega continua eficiente, siendo imprescindible un sólido background técnico en programación.

CONTEXTO & RESPONSABILIDADES
- Implementar pipelines CI/CD para la integración y entrega continua de código (DevOps) en entorno AWS
- Adaptar la plataforma analítica existente para integrar la creación responsable de modelos de IA
- Diseñar arquitecturas cloud nativas y configurar el scaffolding inicial para nuevos proyectos
- Desarrollar microservicios orientados al despliegue y consumo de modelos científicos
- Construir arquetipos de código que integren servicios del proceso científico para IA e IA Generativa en AWS

EXPERIENCIA & CONOCIMIENTOS

Buscamos un perfil con 2-3 años de experiencia como DevOps Engineer, con especialización en despliegue continuo utilizando herramientas AWS (como CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy). Asimismo, deberá contar con experiencia previa como Software o Systems Engineer, idealmente desarrollando en Python + PySpark y trabajando en entornos de ciencia de datos en AWS.

Tecnologías requeridas:
- AWS DevOps Tools: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, CloudWatch
- Entornos de desarrollo: Visual Studio Code, Git, GitFlow
- Servicios AWS para IA & Data: SageMaker, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS
- QA & Testing: PyTest, JMeter, integración de calidad con herramientas como SonarQube o similares

CONTRATACIÓN & UBICACIÓN

La banda salarial es negociable, en función de la modalidad de colaboración y la experiencia aportada.
