Buscamos un consultor de comunicación corporativa y de consumo, con experiencia en supervisión de equipos. Queremos a alguien proactivo, creativo, organizado y analítico, con especialización en relaciones con los periodistas, pero con una visión 360 de la comunicación.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación para grandes multinacionales B2B y B2C.
- Desarrollo de activación de comunicación y marketing creativas.
- Coordinación de un equipo de consultores.
- Relación directa con el cliente.
- Relación con periodistas.
- Gestión de entrevistas.
- Supervisión de materiales de comunicación.
- Organización de eventos.
- Monitorizar y analizar la cobertura mediática y la percepción pública de la empresa.
- Asesorar en gestión de crisis.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos del cliente y la agencia (marketing, innovación, ventas, desarrollo de negocio...) para asegurar una comunicación coherente y efectiva.
Requisitos del candidato ideal:
- Visión estratégica.
- Profundo conocimiento de medios, periodistas, nuevos formatos e influencers.
- Capacidad de pensar "out of the box" y de forma creativa.
- Al menos 2-3 años en un puesto de coordinación y supervisión de equipos.
- Experiencia en agencia de comunicación de similares características.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con los medios y stakeholders.
- Creatividad y capacidad para generar ideas innovadoras.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
- Dominio del inglés hablado y escrito.
