This is a critical role for someone who excels at identifying high-caliber professionals, building lasting relationships, and fostering a vibrant global community that propels ONEtoONE’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Network Expansion & Talent Acquisition: Devise and implement strategies to attract top independent M&A advisors and allied firms that enhance our global network.
• Relationship Cultivation & Management: Serve as the primary liaison for new and existing network members, ensuring alignment with ONEtoONE’s objectives and maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Growth in New Markets: Identify opportunities in unexplored regions or sectors and establish strategic relationships that support sustainable, long-term growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, research, and operations teams to develop and execute business development plans that align with corporate goals.
• Member Engagement & Synergy: Energize the current network by encouraging collaboration, optimizing knowledge exchange, and creating synergies among members.

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within consulting, investment banking, or international collaboration networks.
• Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities, leading negotiations, and cultivating strategic relationships.
• Strong results orientation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English—both verbal and written. Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
