We help our clients shape their customer experience and product offering, from facilitating rapid innovation sessions and delivering product strategies to building design capability within some of the largest organizations in the world.

We are seeking someone with mid-level experience to join our product team and assist our product design lead in building and delivering amazing digital products. We need a person with a passion for product design and user experience, someone who has a great eye for detail and a good understanding of user experience and product design.

You will

• Assist our product design lead in delivering beautiful, thoughtful, and useful work that has a real impact on our clients' businesses.
• Build prototypes, assisting in user research and usability testing.
• Create conceptual models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes, and style guidelines.
• Drive your designs from concept flows/wireframes to functional high-definition visual design.
• Assist developers with design handoff.
• Iterate solutions based on customer data, interactions, and feedback.
• Work on internal marketing-related design projects.

We're looking for someone who has

• UX/UI design experience.
• A final user-oriented mindset.
• A creative mindset and a strong passion for product design.
• A strong UX/UI portfolio that shows conceptual design thinking for web and digital apps.
• Curiosity, humbleness, and a willingness to try, fail, learn, and try again.
• Knowledge in design patterns, design framework,s or systems (Material design, Fluent, Flat design, …).
• Tooling expertise (Figma).
• Good knowledge of design composition and color theory.
• Extra points for HTML/CSS and graphic/Print Design skills.
