Overview
We are looking for an Outsystems Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in OutSystems application development and deep knowledge of the OutSystems framework components, tools, best practices, and Domain Driven Architectural standards. The OutSystems Developer, based in Lisbon, will be responsible for designing and implementing low code business applications, playing a key role in our journey to develop our OutSystems application portfolio supporting the different Customer Europe geographies.
Responsibilities
• Deliver quality technical designs and implement quality business applications following OutSystems best practices and customer’s architectural standards.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment integrated in a Digital Value Stream.
• Development of unit and integration tests; TDD knowledge is a plus.
• Create and update technical documentation for developed applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OutSystems applications development.
• Support the Digital Value Stream Product Owner in the construction and refinement of the backlog, performing technical analysis and high-level effort estimations.
• Contribute with insights and technical improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in OutSystems application development and deep knowledge of the OutSystems framework components, tools, best practices, and Domain Driven Architectural standards.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical design and development tasks.
• Experience in integrating OutSystems with other systems (REST and SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of SQL server.
• Work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Previous experience in the digital channels application domain (B2C and B2B) delivering Traditional and Reactive Web applications is a plus.
• OutSystems certification is a plus.
• Experience working with insurance companies is a plus.

- Experiencia de al menos 5 años como líder de proyectos IT.

- Conocimiento de buenas prácticas en materia de desarrollo de software.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As part of the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Internal Model, one of the lines where the focus will be put on is the definition, development, and implementation of an Exploitation Tool based on Atoti technology: Active Viam.
This new exploitation tool should cover the CCR, CVA Desk, and Structuring and Sales Requirements. The implementation consists of different blocks:
1. Migration of current Qlik’s reports to Active Viam.
2. Development of new necessary reports for the CCR Internal Model (Backtesting, stress test…).
This mission requires a Technical Specialist Developer in XVT, who will closely collaborate with the XVA stakeholders (Quants Team, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Methodology, Admission, Internal Model Validation, the XVA Trading Desk, and Sales). You will participate in the requirements gathering and the definition of the new exploitation tool.

You will need to make decisions regarding the evolution of the technical solution (involving hardware and software), considering business needs, IT requirements, and model evolution.
You will proceed with the development, certification, and productive release, being crucial in the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Internal Model.
We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:
- Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Documenting and defining the technical solution, processes, and workflows.
- Developing, certifying, and implementing the reports.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Required qualifications
- Competence and proven experience of +3 years in:
o CIB Markets area projects
o Risks Projects and In-house engines
o Financial products
o Trading Desk & Risk metrics: ideally knowledge of XVA and Counterparty Risk metrics.
- Advanced expertise in Atoti Technology
· Desirable knowledge:
- QlikSense
- Big Data and Database Management: DataLakes, Data bricks, Cloud, SQL
- Software development frameworks:
o Agile environments: Scrum, Kanban; and tools: Jira, Confluence
o Service Now, Control M, Control M web, Hue, etc.
· Soft Skills:
