Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Analista de Marketing y Experiencia del Cliente con conocimientos avanzados en HubSpot para unirse a nuestro equipo dinámico e innovador.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Análisis de Datos de Marketing:

Recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos de marketing para identificar tendencias, oportunidades, áreas de mejora crear informes y dashboards que permitan la toma de decisiones.

Segmentar audiencias, personalizar campañas según el comportamiento del usuario y desarrollar informes y dashboards para medir el impacto de las iniciativas de CRM (Hubspot).

Apoyo a la Cualificación y Conversión de Leads:

Configurar y gestionar campañas de marketing automatizadas en HubSpot utilizando herramientas de HubSpot para la gestión de leads, email marketing y análisis de rendimiento.

Integrar HubSpot con otras plataformas y herramientas de marketing colaborando con el equipo de ventas diseñando y optimizando campañas de lead nurturing (email marketing, automatizaciones, etc.) y analizando el rendimiento de las campañas.

Análisis de la Experiencia del Cliente (CX):

Evaluar y mapear el recorrido del cliente (customer journey) para identificar puntos de contacto críticos, oportunidades de mejora y realizar análisis de datos para medir la satisfacción del cliente, retención y fidelización, además de identificar cuellos de botella.

Gestión del Ciclo de Vida del Cliente (Customer Lifecycle):

Segmentar a los clientes según su comportamiento, preferencias y etapa en el ciclo de vida y desarrollar estrategias para maximizar el valor del cliente, además de implementar tácticas de marketing para nutrir y convertir clientes potenciales (leads) en clientes activos.

Mejora de la Oferta en el Recorrido del Cliente:

Identificar oportunidades para personalizar la oferta, trabajar en la creación de contenido y mensajes relevantes para cada etapa del recorrido del cliente y asegurar una experiencia omnicanal coherente y de alta calidad.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.

Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con marketing

Manejo avanzado de Hubspot. Valorable certificaciones en Hubspot, análisis de datos o experiencia del cliente serán un plus.

Experiencia en SEO/SEM y estrategias de contenido es valorable.

Conocimiento de HTML/CSS y herramientas de desarrollo web valorables.

Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Experiencia en la medición de KPIs de marketing y experiencia del cliente.

Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización de marketing (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).

Familiaridad con metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Inglés avanzado (Se usará semanalmente)
