You will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR communications. The HR Assistant will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and supporting HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and development.


Responsibilities


• Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and all HR communications

• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and support HR initiatives to help enhance satisfaction and development


Qualifications


• Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management, Management or related degree would be beneficial, not essential

• Experience in full lifecycle recruitment, from talent sourcing to offers and onboarding

• Ability to work autonomously with excellent communication skills to manage both internal stakeholders and external

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and interest in AI

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English & Spanish
