The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic management and development of marketing initiatives for the product portfolio across subsidiaries and international markets. The role requires in-depth market analysis, the formulation of strategic approaches, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful product launches and sustained brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and identify key trends within the cosmetics industry.
- Propose new product ideas and potential synergies to enhance the product portfolio.
- Develop group dynamics initiatives to improve market knowledge.
- Perform competitive price analysis and stay updated with market pricing trends.
- Define the product portfolio’s value proposition and reason to believe (RTB).
- Monitor and analyze pricing strategies and profit margins.
- Prioritize and track regulatory status and compliance for the product range.
- Propose new product development briefs to the R&D department based on market opportunities.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and incorporate them into the brand’s communication strategy.
- Oversee the management and execution of product launches and related projects.
- Align the global brand strategy with local markets and product portfolios.
- Develop product copy and oversee the design of both primary and secondary packaging.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in the cosmetics industry or similar sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in R&D, business development, sales, and communications.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
