We are looking for a developer to join one of our game development teams based in Barcelona. You’re expected to have a good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, a thorough understanding of graphics, performance issues and trade-offs, great attention to detail, and the ability to work with deadlines.

*What You´ll Do*

Production
- Work to an assigned daily schedule and daily output target provided by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead.
- Accurately prepare machines to the specification of a customer order work instruction.
- The ability to read and comprehend BOM instructions, complete material requisition and material return forms.

- Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a presentable and tidy state at all times.

General duties

* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary analysts to rigorously elicit player needs and inform successful product strategies
* Evangelize compelling narratives that clearly articulate complex concepts and communicate actionable recommendations to a diverse executive audience

*What We´re Looking For*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Product Management, Game Design, or similar discipline
* MBA or Graduate Degree preferred. Must have strong academic record
* 5-7 years of experience in Product, Insights, or similar roles preferred
* Deep familiarity with free-to-play game systems, product KPIs, market trends and strategy, & gaming industry dynamics
* Command of macro/microeconomics, pricing theory, behavioral economics, and player motivations
* Experience in executive-level reporting on in-depth product & financial analysis
* Advanced analytics skills – Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker, PowerBI, or similar preferred

*What You´ll Do*

* Manage execution of all CRM projects and marketing activities.

* Performing end-to-end monitoring of campaign execution & performance.

* Compiling and presenting reports on CRM stats – deliverability, open and click rates etc.

* Optimizing customer promotional journeys and experience.

* Utilize customer list management skills for A/B testing and segmentation to discover best practices within each customer segment

* Build & Create CRM email templates and marketing materials.

* Implementing of automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns.

*What We´re Looking For*

* Good written and verbal English.

* BA/BSc. in Marketing or equivalent – an advantage.
