Interior Designer at REMS

We specialize in managing Airbnb investment projects remotely for high returns, delivering turnkey unique design projects, and offering transparent and profitable mid-term and holiday rental management services for demanding owners.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Málaga. As an Interior Designer at REMS, you will be responsible for designing and transforming properties into premium holiday rentals. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and collaborating with architects and construction teams to ensure project success. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing creative and functional solutions that enhance the property's value and appeal.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design and Rendering
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Strong understanding of design principles and project management
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Málaga
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in holiday rental design is a plus
