EMEA Associate Sales Specialist (Spanish)

As part of the HubSpot suite, we have emerging product lines like Operations Hub and Service Hub. The Specialist's team goal is to accelerate growth for these product lines (Hubs) while building scalable playbooks for our core sales team.

After over 3 years of growth, the Associate Sales Specialist team is looking for sales-minded, tech-savvy team members to help us continue on that journey.

Your Role at HubSpot

As an Associate Sales Specialist, you will work with our direct & channel Sales Reps to answer questions, strategize on opportunities, and take live sales calls for Operations Hub and Service Hub. The expectation around your role will be to add value to the sales experience (presale & account-model) by helping businesses understand the value of our emerging product lines.

The sales reps you’ll align with will expect you to be a subject matter expert on our Operations and Service products. You will handle asynchronous questions/strategy on deals and over time grow to join live calls as the ‘seller’ of the Hubs we cover.

We win as a team, so your compensation will be based on a team target for 2025.

Responsibilities Of An Associate Sales Specialist

  • Collaborate with Account Executives assisting them to close deals throughout the entire deal lifecycle - from discovery to close
  • Develop strategies with our Account Executives to understand how to help their customers/prospects
  • Always be learning about our Service/Operations products as it evolves & the market around us.
  • Strategically manage complex use cases and the stakeholders on a deal
  • Close both new business and install base at or above a predefined number on a monthly cadence.
  • Always be learning. HubSpot provides a lot of top-tier learning opportunities & we expect you to seek evolution in your skill constantly.

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
  • Effective communication and relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in the SaaS/CRM industry
  • Interested in stepping into a PreSales role
  • Consultative selling skills, having the ability to present business value propositions.
  • Excels at stakeholder management and rapport-building
  • Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs.
  • Ability to conceptually understand technical concepts and overall technologies Such as how API works and backend/front-end systems
