The Position
Intern Simulation Engineer
Purpose of the role

Our engineering team is looking for talented people who take pride in their contribution. We are engineers and we contribute actively to the business strategy delivery providing tools that facilitate the design , integration and deployment of new systems and solutions.
We work with Agile methodologies and in cross site multidisciplinary teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate and contribute in the ideation, and development of complex algorithms, simulation and optimization models
- Execute scenarios and analyze the results
- Create, maintain and troubleshoot scenarios
- Support in the development of tools, simulation and optimization models
- Provide work status and issue notification within the current status of the tasks
As a new intern in the Solution Workflow Simulation subchapter, your day will involve collaborating closely with simulation engineers and various development teams across the company.
You'll be involved in internal initiatives and also contribute to better shape our contribution to product design.
This will bring you the opportunity to interact with different stakeholders such as product managers, definition teams, architects, developers, data scientists, and integration specialists. Expect to work on a variety of tasks, including gathering requirements, planning, development, research, and testing. You'll also dive into specific areas of our field, like data analysis, modeling, conducting simulations, and communicating insights effectively.

- Software or Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics or statistics
- Knowledge in Operations Research disciplines (simulation, optimization)
- Knowledge of Object-oriented programming languages such as c#, or python
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data manipulation techniques
- Knowledge of supply chain and or production systems
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn
- Takes responsibility for tasks and technical concepts
- Proactivity, and good Team player

El Sales Specialist tiene la tarea de alcanzar y superar los objetivos anuales, contribuir al mantenimiento y expansión del porfolio de productos bajo su área de responsabilidad en sus clientes asignados, tanto actuales como potenciales.

Responsabilidades:
- Implementar las actividades y estrategias definidas, para lograr los objetivos anuales, ganar participación de mercado y cumplir con los KPI estratégicos relacionados
- Identificación de necesidades y retos de clientes y decisores, tanto en el laboratorio como en áreas económicas y gerenciales de los centros y proponer soluciones diferenciadoras que ilusionen y enganchen al cliente
- Establecer una relación estrecha tanto con el personal del laboratorio, como con otras áreas claves del cliente (adquisiciones, finanzas, gestión hospitalaria), tanto con clientes existentes como potenciales
- Responsable de todo el ciclo de vida del cliente y del nivel de satisfacción de los mismos
- Tras la firma de los contratos, confrontar con el cliente que los equipos/ reactivos de sus laboratorios u otras áreas de uso funcionan perfectamente actuando como enlace de cliente y colaborando estrechamente con los distintos equipos internos de la compañía para hacerlo realidad
- Conocimiento del Producto: Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento de nuestro portafolio. Comunicar de manera efectiva las características, beneficios y aplicaciones diferenciadoras de nuestros productos a clientes potenciales
- Presentaciones y Demostraciones de Ventas: Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de productos para mostrar las capacidades de nuestras soluciones. Abordando consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes, asegurando una comprensión integral de nuestras oferta
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la salud y/o experiencia demostrada en el sector salud
- Se valorará conocimientos de inglés
- Experiencia en el ámbito comercial como docente o como técnico de laboratorio
- Residencia en País Vasco o Cantabria

- Conocimiento, entendimiento del producto, contexto, mercado, y cliente: conocimiento profundo de la industria, competidores y segmentación de clientes en el territorio gestionado por el equipo comercial, estando al día de las oportunidades de captación de nuevos clientes, así como de otras variables que impacten las oportunidades de desarrollo en ese territorio (nuevas regulaciones, evolución de la competencia, tenders...)
- Comprensión profunda del cliente y capacidad de co-crear con él: Escucha activa, entendimiento a nivel técnico y emocional de las necesidades y aspiraciones del cliente, trabajar de forma estrecha con el cliente, adaptando las necesidades particulares de éste y encontrando la manera conjunta de alcanzar el output y expectativas deseadas. OVERVIEW
Under the supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Help Desk Technician will provide remote and on-site day to day IT support to both students and employees.
Due to the nature of the job, it requires presentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote and on-site computer support to users and students operating in a Windows and Mac environment
- Troubleshoot computing related problems. Identify and analyze all software, hardware, and network-related issues, recommend solutions and assist user with resolution.
- Provide users with first level functional support for the portfolio of applications running in the company. Exercise judgment to escalate application issues of a complex nature to second/third levels.
- Track all support requests and resolution in the Service Desk ticketing system
- Install and upgrade PC hardware and software
- Setup and configure new hardware
- Keep track of equipment/consumable
- Maintain the inventory system up to date
- Follow-up on IT repairs with suppliers and keep students/employees informed
- Manage purchase orders from the initial request to the delivery to the requestor
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Deliver specific training to staff and students (induction)
- Manage the whole lifecycle of Employee onboarding & Employee offboarding
- Provide support for audiovisual systems
- Maintain and administrate O365 accounts
- Assure compliance with company required security and information technology policies and procedures
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Technical degree or Higher Level Education cycle in IT domain
- 3+ years related experience
- Advanced knowledge of both MacOSX and Windows operating systems
- Advanced knowledge and support of computer hardware for the troubleshooting of miscellaneous hardware problems
- Advanced knowledge and support of standard application packages: i.e. Microsoft Office productivity tools
- Advanced knowledge of Ethernet networks
- Advanced knowledge of hubs, routers, IP and terminal emulation concepts
- Advanced knowledge of wireless network configurations
- Knowledge and understanding of hardware and mobile devices
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, ideally, Servicenow.
- Excellent level of English (minimum B2 or equivalent)
- Experience in Education sector is a plus
