The Position
Reporting to the Bid and Contracts Lead, your mission is to ensure the company success in the end-to-end process of participating in public tenders, private proposals, RFP and contracts. As the main expert in commercial proposals and contracts of the affiliate, your role focuses mainly in the coordination of the whole process and the quality of our offer’s content.
From your position and together with the sales team, you will ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality technical and economic content in bids for public tenders and private contracts, aligned with customer needs and company objectives. You will lead the preparation of proposals for contracts and tenders by gathering relevant information and developing effective content strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a library of successful bids, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of both technical and economic documentation for proposals.
In summary, the mission is to ensure excellence in the end-to-end bid and contracting process as well as in the technical and economic content of proposals for tenders and contracts, and pricing strategy to drive the company's commercial success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the process from the earliest phase of the commercial opportunity to the formalization of the contract, hand in hand with sales
- You will complement the commercial capabilities of our transversal teams to ensure that a winning strategy is defined and implemented, ensuring competitiveness, the sustainability and perfect writing of the offers
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, methodology, deliverables and quality standards;
- Gather information about products and services; shape the technical content of bids with a customer-centric vision. This involves integrating knowledge of customer needs with Roche's technical capabilities
- Develop and execute an effective and consistent content strategy aligned with company objectives and attractive to the target audience; disseminate internally to the appropriate teams using the corresponding work tools. This involves creating and registering accessible, engaging, and relevant content for our potential customers
- Review all documentation included in Roche's bids. This includes both official technical documentation and the tailor made proposal provided by the sales network and third parties
- Validate the economic offer provided by the sales team in Roche's tools, ensuring it is the best possible offer that meets requirements and aligns with the company's pricing policies
- Conduct scoring simulations and create templates to carry them out. Review the scoring simulations and scenarios conducted by Sales and validated by Marketing. After the award, evaluate and ensure the correctness of the scores obtained in the award criteria
- Monitor key files using the reference platform for offers and tenders
- Participate and influence the phases of the Tender To Cash process to prepare the best technical and economic proposal for key clients in advance
- Ensure correct preparation of contracts and addendums
Organizational and Analytical Skills:
- Analytical skills will allow you to gain extensive understanding of the market, including current and past operations, as well as their alignment with the strategy
- Analytical capability to interpret information and review technical and economic documentation
- Organizational ability to meet established deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strategic vision of business opportunities and ability to develop an effective content strategy
- Ability to acquire technical knowledge (including digital) of different products and solutions, as well as business and competition, and integrate them transversally
- Ability to develop and maintain an updated library of technical bids
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and obtain the necessary information for proposals
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Teamwork and transversal collaboration
- High knowledge of public procurement
- Commercial ability to convey the focus to the presentation of the tender/contract
- Economic and commercial knowledge to validate aspects related to offers comprehensively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or Economics
- Experience in preparing proposals and commercial offers in tender/contract processes
- High knowledge of public procurement
- Very high level of Spanish and high level of English

El rol de Learning & Training Expert del área Comercial es responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas de formación que impulsen el rendimiento y desarrollo del equipo comercial. Esta posición clave busca asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo cuenten con las habilidades, conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
Tus Responsabilidades:
- Diseño e Implementación de Programas de Formación: Desarrollar y coordinar programas de formación que aborden las necesidades identificadas del equipo comercial
- Evaluación y Mejora Continua: Evaluar la efectividad de las formaciones mediante encuestas, feedback directo y análisis del rendimiento comercial, proponiendo mejoras continuas
- Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con los gerentes de ventas, expertos en Commercial Excellence, Servicio y marketing para asegurar que las formaciones estén alineadas con las estrategias y objetivos de la empresa
- Gestión de Recursos Formativos: Seleccionar y gestionar proveedores externos de formación, así como desarrollar materiales y recursos internos
- Coaching y Mentoring: Proveer coaching y mentoring individualizado para miembros del equipo comercial, ayudándoles a desarrollar sus habilidades y avanzar en sus carreras
- Reportes y Análisis: Generar reportes periódicos sobre las actividades de formación y su impacto en el rendimiento del equipo comercial
- Seguimiento y adopción de los trainings regionales (EMEA-LATAM) en la afiliada
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 3-5 años en roles similares de formación o desarrollo de personal en un entorno comercial
- Experiencia en transformación de organizaciones comerciales, se valorará en particular, experiencia en el ámbito del B2B
- Se valorará experiencia en metodología comercial (venta compleja): SPIN, Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc
- Educación: Estudios universitarios, preferiblemente relacionados con la excelencia comercial. El conocimiento sobre organizaciones ágiles, y su real implementación en organizaciones concretas, será valorado
- Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades de influencia y movilización de organizaciones, compromiso con la ejecución, comunicación, habilidades organizativas y una sólida comprensión de las estrategias de ventas y marketing
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con herramientas y plataformas de e-learning, herramientas de seguimiento de la ejecución, así como con técnicas modernas de formación y desarrollo profesional
- “Nice to have”: Experiencia en soporte de Cornerstone (LMS)
- Habilidades e interés por los entornos digitales y manejo de herramientas de IA será un aspecto a valorar
