International Bilingual Sales Representative (Spanish-English)Avanzare Innovation Technology is seeking a talented and results-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new potential customers in the industrial sector, particularly in the rubber and plastics industries, through outbound cold calling.Responsibilities:Active prospecting: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential customers in international markets.Qualification: Assess customer interest and needs, determining if they are a good fit for our industrial solutions.Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present our value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our products and services to optimize processes and improve results.Relationship management: Build strong relationships with potential customers and guide them through the purchasing process.Sales closure: Schedule appointments with our sales representatives to close deals.Reporting: Record and analyze call results in our CRM.Requirements:Bilingual: Native or advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (both spoken and written).Call center experience: Previous experience in tele sales or customer service in a call center environment.Results-oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and goals.Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Proactivity: Willingness to work independently and proactively.Preferred Qualifications:Interest in technology: Enthusiasm for the latest technology trends and their application in industry.CRM knowledge: Experience using CRM tools to manage customer information.Sales training: Training in sales and negotiation techniques.Previous experience in the industrial sector: Although not essential, experience in sectors such as rubber, plastics, paints, coatings, or composites is valued.What we offer:Professional development: Opportunities for growth and professional development within an expanding company.Competitive compensation: Fixed salary plus commission on objectives.Dynamic work environment: A collaborative and motivated work team.Cutting-edge technology: Access to the latest tools and technologies to perform your job efficiently.Are you ready to put your sales skills to the test and grow your career in the industrial sector?
