About the department:
The Marketing Department within BYD Spain is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive Spain performance and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
Key objectives and responsibilities:
- Deliver social media plans for Spain marketing team
- Optimise and report on all campaigns – sharing results with wider team
- Work with creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
- Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets
- Web traffic and leads driven by media campaigns
- Increasing engagement and performance of social media campaigns
- Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Spain
We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of the paid social campaigns. You will ensure the paid social media strategy is executed, implementation and optimization goals are achieved, and client’s targets are met as efficiently as possible. Campaigns will be a mix of branding and direct response. You will work with partners including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive results. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in paid social.
Your profile:
- University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
- Effective and fluent communicator in English and Spanish
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Experience in social media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
- Understanding of media market and key media owners, Meta and TikTok.
- Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns.

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
The Aftersales Service Engineer is responsible for providing adequate service to our customers and Service Providers in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This includes building the best-in-class regional technical capability, standard and high efficiency technical operation.
Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, the Service Engineer will visit dealerships to provide technical assistance. He will be able to write intervention reports in order to trace the problems identified. He is the direct technical link with the dealers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the BYD AS Network.
- Provide technical assistance in case of critical diagnosis in field, and reports it to the NSC.
- Share the diagnosis information and give feedback to Quality department to improve the product.
- Support of the field service organization as well as the technical support departments in the elimination of complex product defects on vehicles, units and components.
- Periodic reporting and analyzing all statistic data on technical issues coming from the network.
- Analysis and evaluation of incoming technical complaints. Implementation of technical solutions in workshop-oriented instructions.
- Follow-up dealer network with regards to the PDI.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent specializing in vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering with a focus on drives or master craftsman/workshop manager/master technician.
- Automotive background in a similar job for an OEM.
- Technical EV know-how is a plus.
- Qualified technician for HV system in motor vehicles.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical diagrams.
- Excellent knowledge of diagnosis tools.
- Class B driving license.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Fluent knowledge of Spanish and English is a must have, Chinese is a plus.
- Extremely organised, ability to work with parallel workstreams, and manage pressure.
- Ability to work with different departments and characters, outstanding communication skills.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify, and implement operational processes and systems required to deliver exemplary service to dealers and customers.
- Facilitate third party parts depot projects including the startup and launch, determine regional gaps in operating capabilities and support internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement initiatives for tactical optimization of daily operations, process, and systems for efficiency of transport, warehouse, or service center capacity.
- Support and cooperate with other internal departments and legal resources to ensure that national legislations are met and required reporting concerning parts and accessories to local authorities is submitted punctually.
- Work closely with internal teams, partners, and different service providers to optimize customer communication, process flow and parts availability planning with the app and CRM.
- Partner with sales and service operations in resource planning and process execution, regarding sales forecasting, inventory level and supply chain management.
- Drive a customer-centric approach and deliver a unique customer experience and support that is seamless and effortless.
- Utilize customer feedback to continually self-improve the service provided to BYD customers.
- Understand customer & market trends and anticipate customer expectations within BYD and its competitors.
