The role
We're seeking a Head of Service & Sales to join our team for an 8-month contract, with high potential to extend into a permanent position as we scale.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development and expand our client portfolio. You'll be the face of Camping to potential new partners, leveraging your expertise to identify, connect with, and win collaborations with innovative B2B tech companies. This senior role requires a strategic hunter who can build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
Core responsibilities
New Business Development: Lead the entire sales process, from strategic prospecting and lead generation to crafting persuasive proposals and closing new business.
Strategic Pitches: Architect and deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate Camping's value proposition and creative vision to new clients.
Client Acquisition: Serve as the primary point of contact for new business leads, building rapport and navigating negotiations to secure new contracts.
Market & Industry Insights: Continuously research B2B tech market trends and identify ideal client profiles and opportunities for expansion.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our sales strategy and client acquisition framework.
Partnership Management: Identify and foster relationships with potential strategic partners, freelancers, and other agencies to generate new business.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
Proven 5+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or growth-focused role, within a creative agency setting.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and consistently close new business.
Strong background in strategic pitching and articulating a clear value proposition to C-suite and marketing stakeholders.
Understanding of the video production lifecycle and its strategic application in marketing.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with new prospects.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a core requirement and we will be testing for it.
The Perfect Fit Will Also Have
Experience working with B2B SaaS scale-ups or other B2B tech companies.
A strategic mindset that enjoys translating business needs into creative solutions.

Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. You must have the right to work in Spain.
Working model
We're trialing a 4-day workweek with Fridays off. Taking Friday off is a bonus, and it's conditional on our workload being effectively managed and our commitments being properly attended.
This is an 8-month contract with high potential to extend into a permanent position.
Flexible working hours are a given, as we trust you to manage your schedule effectively.
We work in a hybrid model, with at least two days per week at our office in the Poblenou area.

What we offer
Immediate incorporation
Gross yearly salary of 40.000-60.000 € (depending on experience).
