Your Contribution to COLD as a Key Lead:
- Supervise and manage all daily store operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate product replacement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive presentation of products.
- Manage the store budget and control costs.
- Solve problems and handle conflict situations effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably as a streetwear brand salesperson.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of retail sales practices and inventory management.
- Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Languages;
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product advice and answering questions.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that products are correctly displayed and labeled.
- Carry out periodic inventories and ensure you have enough stock of popular products.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the store's point of sale system.
- Assist in receiving and placing new merchandise, ensuring it is properly stored and labeled.
