Operations in CA-CIB Spain is a key partner in corporate banking businesses. In close connection with the main economic players (international corporate clients, financial institutions, regulatory authorities), our teams guarantee the quality and reliability of transactions carried out on financial markets, in compliance with international regulations.

What you will do:

• You will be in charge of managing loan administration and process in Agency, Bilateral and Syndicated Credit Facilities (Term and Revolving), Confirming, Factoring and Forfaiting facilities.
• You will support the daily monitoring of Credit Operations (New drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, borrowers and lenders notices, Fixing notices, Transfers, sub-participations...).
• You will analyze legal and mandatory documentation and handle the booking of static data in our systems for new credit facilities, amendments, refinancing and waivers.
• You will perform controls such as reconciliation of correspondent accounts, available balances, fees, funding, commitments, sensitive accounts.
• You will liaise with external clients, facility agents, participant and sub-participant banks for on-boarding and ongoing credit facilities and work closely with our operating platform in Mumbai as well as our local Front Office team and the associated support functions (legal, middle office, risks, compliance, accounting…).
• You will participate actively in any loans- related project, systems migrations/updates and tests.

About you:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics/Finance, you have gained proven work experience in similar operational jobs in Back-Office or Middle-Office.
• You have a good understanding of loans products. You are familiar with back office systems and have excellent skills in MS Office.
• You are fluent in English and proficient in Spanish. French is a plus.
• You are a rigorous and resourceful person with strong organizational skills.
• You draw attention towards useful information, risks and sensitive points.
• You are committed to satisfying your clients and finding solutions to respond to their needs.
• You are proactive and like to solve issues, deliver value and achieve significant results.
• You like teamwork and you know how to work cross-functionally with different interlocutors.
