¿Qué funciones tiene el puesto?
- Ampliar progresivamente su cartera de hoteles mediante la introducción de hoteles y cadenas locales y facilitar su proceso de incorporación en el sistema de la empresa.
- Asegurar la optimización y la competitividad del contenido, las tarifas y la disponibilidad con el fin de mejorar la conversión.
- Asegurar un inventario adicional durante las temporadas altas y cuando algunos hoteles agotan sus habitaciones asignadas a nuestra empresa.
- Ejecutar con eficacia los objetivos marcados por la dirección del dpto.: número de hoteles a cargar, renovar, ofertas a conseguir y el beneficio esperado por la zona asignada.
- Desarrollar y mantener fuertes relaciones con los socios al proporcionar perspectivas datos y servicios de consultoría superiores a los hoteles asociados.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el mismo puesto.
- Conocimiento alto de inglés escrito y hablado, mínimo C1
- Tercer idioma muy valorable
- Manejo fluido de Excel.
- La capacidad de ofrecer y transmitir propuestas de valor a los proveedores es clave.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle.
- En un entorno dinámico la actitud positiva es obligatoria.

- Tienes titulación, preferiblemente universitaria, en Turismo.

What You'll Do
🚀 Manage Projects End-to-End - Oversee the full lifecycle of complex aerospace projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.
📋 Contract Negotiation & Management - Lead negotiations, drafting, and managing contracts with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that terms align with company objectives and compliance standards.
🔧 Resource & Budget Management - Coordinate resources, track project budgets, and ensure that financial goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of project quality.
📊 Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify potential risks and issues within projects, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring smooth project execution.

What You'll Need
✔ A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in project and contract management - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, ideally within aerospace or engineering sectors.
✔ Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to manage contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance.
✔ Experience with project management methodologies - Familiarity with Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables without compromising quality.
✔ Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to manage cross-functional teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
✔ Fluent in English.

Destinus is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the Warehouse Manager role at Destinus Spain, who is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing products for shipment or storage.
Responsabilities
Operations Management:
- Plan and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure all operations are performed efficiently and according to safety and quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Inspect goods received and shipped to ensure they are in good condition and meet quality requirements.
- Address any quality issues promptly and report them to relevant departments.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays in transit.
- Help with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Assist in loading outgoing shipments when necessary.
