We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for our "Wholesale" team!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Launching and setting up the new Wholesale Portal teams
• Supporting the development of Agile thinking at all levels of the organization
• Facilitating SAFe ceremonies of the Wholesale teams
• Assisting Wholesale teams in implementing production efficiency metrics
• Assist product owners in backlog management practices
• Remove obstacles for the development team at the organizational level
• Support the Scrum team in process management through metric analysis (ebm, velocity, capacity, etc.)

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in launching product teams from scratch
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro tools
• Proficient knowledge of Scrum, SAFe (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, Lean-Kanban University certification is a plus)
• Ability to apply process and product practices (Customer Journey Map, User Story Mapping, Lean Business Canvas, Impact Mapping, Value Stream Mapping)
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• B2 English level or higher
• Flexibility to understand needs of scrum team and provide support for it
• Ability to identify risks on timely maner and assist in their management

NICE TO HAVE:

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (basic understanding of engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, etc. is desirable)
• German Language
