- Work with the Corporate Controller and accounting teams on any system or internal controls changes.

In This Role, You’ll
As an intern in the Mid-Market Sales Team at SAP, you earn valuable business experience, gain knowledge about SAP and experience the full sales cycle, from lead to close.
Your daily tasks primarily revolve around supporting the team with demand generation activities. This includes:
- Leveraging different sources to find new accounts, that could be potential new customers for SAP

Buscamos un Jefe de Almacén en la Provincia de Tarragona, que reportará al Gerente de la empresa y liderará un equipo, con perfiles propios de almacén.
Será responsable de la organización y optimización del almacén, del personal asignado al mismo, del transporte externo, del stock y aprovisionamiento, de seguridad y del control de documentación.
Tendrá un foco específico en optimización: recursos humanos, procesos logísticos, flujos operativos, transporte (interno y externo), rotación del producto terminado y en la formación del personal a su cargo, así como en la integración de estándares legales y proyectos estratégicos en su actividad.
Funciones principales:
· Optimizar y controlar los movimientos de stock, así como la organización del almacén en general; bajo criterios de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y optimización de recursos y costes.
· Identificar las necesidades de recursos humanos y materiales necesarios en el almacén, así como velar por la buena imagen y clima laboral entre los trabajadores internos y los externos dedicados al reparto.
· Supervisar el nivel de stock marcado por el Gerente, mediante la realización periódica de inventarios.
· Controlar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad en el traslado, almacenamiento y carga de vehículos por parte del personal de almacén.

· Garantizar el mantenimiento y condiciones adecuadas de los vehículos de transportistas externos (propio y de autónomos o sociedades mercantiles), así como las carretillas y equipos de trabajo de la sociedad.

Tu misión principal como Automotive Technical Clerk será ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes en la gestión de las flotas de sus vehículos.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades en el día a día?
- Comunicación vía mail y/o telefónica con los talleres para solucionar las posibles incidencias diarias, así como confeccionar presupuestos en los casos necesarios.
- Contraste de presupuestos facilitados por los clientes en sus consultas.
- Consulta de referencias y tiempos de reparación en las diferentes herramientas informáticas que se disponen.
- Asesoramiento mecánico de las consultas recibidas.
- Realización de comprobaciones y registros en la base de datos de los vehículos de nuestros clientes (histórico de reparaciones).
- Gestión de la flota de vehículos según los mantenimientos pautados por el fabricante, para mantener estos en perfecto estado de funcionamiento.
- Manejo de diferentes programas de fabricantes, así como, el propio software de la empresa.
- Formación académica: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Automoción o CFGM Electromecánica de Automóviles.
- Experiencia previa valorable, pero no imprescindible.
- Buen conocimiento de Office 365, principalmente Excel y Outlook.
- Nos encantarás, si además, tienes un nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Se comunican de manera efectiva.
- Son capaces de relacionarse y trabajar en equipo.
- Son organizadas.
- Tienen una clara orientación a la calidad en el trabajo.
