Job Description: Travel & Administrative support
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented to provide administrative support and arrange the travel logistics needed for our Asset Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the reception, including handling phone calls, managing schedules, and assisting with office tasks.
- Coordinate all corporate travel arrangements for the Asset Management team, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Liaise with our travel agency to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reports to carry out the billing control at the end of the month.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests at short notice simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Previous experience in corporate travel or administrative support would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
