- FCP data solutions together with the FCP team and other stakeholders (Data Office, Compliance, etc.), acting as a local data expert in both local and global FCP projects.
- Data frameworks to understand, define and organize FCP data needs, translating them into actionable data plans.
Ensure
- The availability, quality and reliability of FCP data across different initiatives, proactively identifying gaps and data limitations.
- The creation, execution and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end processes to obtain, analyze and validate FCP data, working closely with the FCP team in business‑as‑usual activities.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior buyer with a strong expertise in the purchase of IT goods and services, to become a member of the Procurement team for Spain and Portugal
Your key responsibilities:
As an IT Senior buyer, you will:
1. Negotiate with suppliers in cooperation with the Business owners the candidate will take part in the negotiation to buy goods or services within the IT category, ensuring cost efficiency, meet business needs and assure compliance with ING´s policies and procedures.
2. Maintain and develop the relationship with suppliers: The candidate will be responsible, together with the business owner, of maintaining an adequate level of relationship with suppliers, ensuring that the service provided corresponds to what was agreed in the contract, and developing the relationship with the supplier to maximize the return for ING. He/she will guarantee a unique voice from ING towards the supplier irrespective of the number of ING users of the services rendered. He/she will use different approaches, differentiating by annual expenditure, business impact, client satisfaction, innovation….
3. Manage contracts: He/she will take part in the preparation of the contracts to ensure that they incorporate the services and conditions agreed and that are compliance with ING´s internal policies; he/she will participate in checking that the services are rendered with the quality levels agreed in the contract. He/she will make follow up of the contract along its life cycle preparing termination plans
4. The candidate will ensure a fluent communication with Head Office (report on negotiations and efficiency projects, cooperation in cost optimization, global contracts…)
5. Engage with HO and Local Business Owners to generate Local Agreements in order to implement the Global agreements negotiated by HO..

Clínicas Tulaser, Empresa en total desarrollo y crecimiento del sector estético y médico estético necesita incorporar una Directora para Clínica Médico Estética ubicada en el Corte Inglés Girocentre de Girona.
Tareas
FUNCIONES:
- Garantizar y reforzar la excelencia en la experiencia del paciente
- Motivación y liderazgo fomentando la cohesión y el trabajo en equipo tanto técnico como comercial
- Resolución de incidencias
- Supervisión de la correcta realización de protocolos
- Realización de presupuestos al cliente y cierre de venta
- Investigación y mejora de los programas y tratamientos ofrecidos en clínicas tulaser
Requisitos
- EXPERIENCIA EN GESTION DE EQUIPOS AL MENOS DE 2 AÑOS EN PUESTO SIMILAR
- EXPERIENCIA COMERCIAL SECTOR ESTETICO AL MENOS DE 2 AÑOS EN PUESTO SIMILAR
- CONOCIMIENTOS EN TRATAMIENTOS DE APARATOLOGÍA ESTÉTICA

Descripción del puesto:
Gestamp Navarra precisa una persona que, dependiendo del Departamento de Calidad, se responsabilice de cumplir con las directrices y la normativa de calidad en la planta para la correcta fabricación de las piezas.
Para ello deberá seguir las directrices marcadas por los clientes en fase de industrialización, nuevos desarrollos, así como las modificaciones y mejoras en los procesos.
FUNCIONES
Atención al cliente
- Gestionar las reclamaciones e incidencias.
- Análisis de causas, acciones y seguimiento;
- Revisar el producto no conforme en cliente;
- Gestionar la revisión de piezas en planta / cliente / proveedor con empresa externa.
Gestión calidad en fabricación
- Coordinación de verificadores;
- Crear y modificar documentación de calidad;
- Gestión de reclamaciones e incidentes;
- Análisis de datos de calidad de fábrica;
- Análisis y control de chatarras y recuperaciones.
Gestión incidencias en proveedores
- Gestión de reclamaciones e incidencias en proveedor;
- Contraanálisis de chapa contrastando el resultado y gestionando posibles devoluciones.
Gestión de nuevos proyectos
- Aceptación de maquetas, gestión de mediciones y calibración conforme al producto;
- Participación en reuniones APQP; Aceptación de proyectos en pre serie;
- Realización de documentación (planes de control, pautas de control, etc…).
Homologaciones piezas de proveedores
- Homologación de piezas proveedores. Ensayos, mediciones, documentación, certificados, gestión con cliente de la homologación;
- Calibración. Gestión y realización conforme a base de datos de calibración.
PERFIL REQUERIDO
- Se requiere como mínimo un Grado en Ingeniería.
- Conocimiento en normas de calidad, auditoría de sistemas y procesos.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de herramientas básicas aplicables (MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, AMFE).
- Es necesario tener un perfil técnico, con destacada capacidad de organización y planificación, habituado a liderar equipos de trabajo.
- Es importante manejo tanto hablado como escrito de inglés (mínimo nivel B2), se valorará un segundo idioma: francés o alemán.
- Alta capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
