About The Role

As Team Lead, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to manage and oversee the sportsbook operation in Málaga, ensuring an exceptional experience for our users while managing risk and helping us achieve our sportsbook goals.

What You'll Do

• Monitor risk and odds creation closely to deliver the best betting experience out there.
• Drive profitability while keeping our sportsbook product at the cutting edge of industry standards in terms of pricing and content.
• Lead the training and development of current and new team members.
• Adjust pricing strategies based on market trends and company goals.
• Handle documentation, trading tools, and processes for the team.
• Collaborate in testing exciting new features with our back office and third-party providers.
• Build a performance-driven culture by leading the Performance Management process for our team.
• Foster a culture of trust, respect, and passion within the Málaga office, ensuring a positive and dynamic work environment.
  
  

• A genuine passion for sports and a solid understanding of the Sportsbook world.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• A self-starter mentality and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions with a solutions-oriented mindset.
