Job Description

Join our team as a (Junior) IT Technician in Madrid! This role will focus on providing on-site technical support for new openings and D2D troubleshooting related to access systems, internet connectivity, television services, and CCTV.

How you will "Host with Heart":

• You will install IT infrastructure for new property openings
• You will provide on-site support for access control systems, internet, TV services, and CCTV
• You will perform regular maintenance and repairs to prevent room downtime
• You will document on-site infrastructure for future troubleshooting
  
  

Job requirements

What You Need To Shoot For The Stars

• You are a Certified Electrician
• You have willingness to travel up to 100% (mainly within Iberia)
• You have previous experience with access control systems, internet networking, TV services, and CCTV
• You have strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• You communicate fluently in Spanish. English is a plus
