General Information
You as a student will assist the F&B department and ensure total guest satisfaction with providing excellent level of service at all time.
Job Summary
As a student, you have an attitude and commitment that will provide excellent service to all customers and associates. Respond sensitively to the needs and feelings of others, regardless of status or position; accept interpersonal differences and maintain a constructive relationship with all associates and customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Bring supplies from the store and re-stock the kitchen and show kitchen area.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy (clean as you go).
- Prepare mise-en-place for all service periods.
- Serve food according to service standards.
- Prepare and cook according to the standards of the company.
- Cooking and check food at the minimum cooking temperature
- Arrange according refrigerated the stores and FIFO crystals in the bottom of the shelf and all at 15cm from the ground.
- Tagged entire meal with your date or production and who did it.
- Keep hot food / hot and cold / cold food.
- Check and maintain Fridges less than 5 °.
- Use the policy of cutting boards.
- Check and maintain the 43 points of Brand Standards
- Use the chemicals needed for each moment, and never mix chemicals.
- Student currently studying at an university necessary for the ‘collaboration contract’ (Spanish laws)
- Students need valid work papers to legally have permission to work in Spain
- Student needs to have skills such as being open-minded, flexible, outgoing and energetic
