Job Description
Si vives en la zona Norte de Castilla León o Cornisa Cantabrica, te apasiona la tecnología en el sector ganadero y tienes experiencia en ventas en el mercado de rumiantes, nos encantaría que te unieras a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar el negocio de monitorización con SenseHub en su zona (Norte Castilla León, Asturias y Cantabria)
- Detección de las necesidades de los clientes, generando soluciones de alto valor añadido e impacto en sus negocios y en la salud de sus ganaderías.
- Lograr los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, al tiempo que garantiza la experiencia y satisfacción óptimas del cliente, siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos establecidos.
- Creación, implementación y posteriores seguimientos de planes de trabajo en la zona con la colaboración del equipo técnico y de marketing.
- Colaboración con las distintas áreas de la unidad de negocio (marketing, técnicos, parte comercial) y del resto de la compañía (administración, atención al cliente…).
- Desarrollo de las oportunidades de negocio en los clientes, a través de la escucha activa estableciendo relaciones de confianza mutua y aprovechando las posibles sinergias con Biofarma.
- Motivación para ser capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma e independiente, a la vez que saber trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad demostrada para promocionar, promover y comercializar productos y conceptos.
- Clara orientación hacia la innovación.
- Habilidades organizativas y de comunicación eficaces.

- Capacidad para adaptar las estrategias de la compañía en proyectos y/o acciones concretas en clientes.

- Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación a nuevos conceptos y formas de trabajo.
- Conocimiento del sector de salud animal, preferentemente rumiantes.
- Experiencia de trabajo en un entorno dinámico y altamente competitivo.
- Experiencia comercial mínima de 2 años en el sector de salud animal, preferiblemente en rumiantes.
- Español nivel nativo.
- Licenciatura en veterinaria o ciencias de la salud.
- Experiencia como técnico de campo en rumiantes.
- Inglés nivel B2.

Events Process and Operations Manager

Job Description
As an Events Process and Operations Manager you will be part of a diverse team of professionals, reporting to Omnichannel Strategy - CRM & Events Associate Director, and be a key driver in meetings and events execution as part of our Customer Experience Omnichannel strategy.
As a key role within the Omnichannel Excellence organization, this position shall ensure events processes are managed according to corporate policies and standards.
Responsibilities
Meetings and Events management
- Event process definition, implementation and continuous improvement according to global policies;
- Make sure process are adapted accordingly to global standards and updated accordingly whenever there is a change;
- Responsible for meetings and events related processes, as they could be, C2C, FCPA etc.
- Manage the documentation and archival of events related processes, materials and training documents.;
- Lead the Customer Excellence Events operational team, assuring good quality on events execution and delivery as well as fulfilment of compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing concerns from stakeholders.
- Manage external providers relationship as travel agency, operational services and system providers. Monitor agreed key performance indicators to assure fulfilment with business needs. Managing the performance and accountability of suppliers through strong governance and collaboration with a clear set of metrics.
- Systems/technology This role has a strong digital, technology and data component.
- Responsible to manage events management systems, being the most important Veeva CRM Events Module. Ensure all technical and process requirements are implemented in a timely manner and in accordance with established procedures and policies.
- Accountable for other events related systems as EOS, C-Events, Empower BI etc. Know and be up to date in other events connected platforms as Concur, Gwet, Appian, etc.
- Work in collaboration with Regional and Global Teams and Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment with local Strategy and implementation as required. Have a key role in strategic projects and system migrations.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices, and regulatory requirements for event management.
- Data quality and analytics;
- Leading processes of continuous improvement with the objective to ensure data quality and completeness in events related systems according to compliance standards.;
- Monitor, measure and assess events data to pursuit continue improvement in alignment with company strategy. Work to build and elaborate the needed monitoring assets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to focus on the understanding of business priorities and objectives in alignment with L3 strategies.
- Be a key partner with business teams and work cross-functionally with sales and marketing roles. Partnering with market stakeholders to drive positive outcomes supported by key metrics.
- Focus on process improvement to grant process simplification, customer excellence and personalization.
- Collaborating with relevant groups to develop detailed internal metrics to ensure the Service Level Agreement is being met.
- Contribute to grant events management and processes comply with industry regulations, corporate standards and controls.
- Act as a key point of contact for Compliance topics.
- Contribute to develop and implement corrective actions resulting from quality control recommendation.
- University degree from accredited institution;
- Experience in events management in Pharmaceutical environment;
