About The Role
Tus responsabilidades principales:
- Manipulación y gestión de la entrada de materiales y su procesamiento
- Actualización de la base de datos en el sistema ERP correspondiente
- Seguimiento de KPIs de almacenes y preparación de informes
- Asegurar la correcta recepción de materiales y su stock
- Contactar con proveedores para gestionar/modificar los pedidos
- Dar soporte al Materials Planning Lead y otros departamentos/equipos para coordinar la información o gestión de los datos
- Redacción de informes
- Formación Profesional o Grado en Logística o similar
- Español e inglés fluidos
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en gestión de almacenes e inventario
- Experiencia con sistemas de gestión de inventarios (SAP, D365, S400…)
- Carné de conducir y vehículo
- Conocimientos del entorno GMP

Summary
The QC Technician performs Quality control analysis on finished Product as well as in incoming materials according to cGMP r and SOPs, performs routine GxP Compliance/ Operational activities according to Novartis Quality Standards and makes analysis on batches and incoming materials according to cGMP rules and SOPs.
About The Role
In this role you will be required to work in rotating shifts, including night turns.
Major Accountabilities
- Perform the analysis of batches following specific training;
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning, periodic microbiological verification of pharmaceutical areas quality control equipment and support external specialized personnel in carrying out extraordinary maintenance/qualification activities;
- Perform incoming and outgoing verification activities of raw materials and materials;
- Execute the calibration, verification, qualification and validation activities of the Quality Control processes and equipment
- Responsible for the oversight on manufacturing for QC sampling activities.
- Raw Material and Finished Product testing, Environmental Monitoring and Sterility QC testing, and reporting of the QC results. Escalation in case of non-conformances and deviations and manage these quality incidents as per AAA procedures.
- Support deviation investigations, OOS/OOT/OOE investigations, CAPA follow up and implementation, and Change Control management, including procedure and form revisions.
- Participation in assigned qualification/validation activities, as necessary.
- Prepares applicable documents, forms, and records such as analytical batch records and follows Good Documentation Practices.
- Support internal and external Audits and Inspections, as required.
- Education: Chemical or biological degree is desirable.
- Previous experience in radiopharmaceutical companies is desirable
- Fluent Spanish, good knowledge of English.

About The Role
Location: This is a field role based in Valencia, which covers the whole territory of the Valencian Community.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to identification and mapping of Medical Experts/key stakeholders in line with local strategies.
- Provide and discuss scientific information and data with HCPs to ensure quality and accuracy of medical and scientific information on new treatment options including Novartis products and selected areas of therapeutic interest.
- Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support to relevant external groups to ensure evidence-based understanding of Novartis products relative to medical guidelines, and health economic information.
- Provide scientific educational activities to support study accrual for key trials as appropriate.
- Provide feasibility and research site recommendation for Novartis sponsored clinical trials.
- Collaborate with other Medical Roles, to support clinical sites, including providing guidance in accordance with guidelines, Novartis Internal Policies, and regulations as appropriate.
- Upon investigator request, liaise between potential researcher and the Company on IIT submission process or requests for research grade substance (Material Transfer Agreements) to support independent clinical/preclinical research.
- Engage in scientific discussions related to Novartis research areas/compounds/pipeline with MEs, speakers & investigators.
- Provide scientific and educational information to healthcare professionals on specific patient critical issues.
- Provide speaker training to HCPs to support education to the healthcare community about new therapies developed and commercialized by Novartis. Scientific Research Support.
- Educational Background: A degree in life sciences is required. Medical Degree, master’s degree or PhD. will be positively valued.
- Experience: Previous experience of at least 5 years as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or in similar field-based positions within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships with Medical Experts/decision makers.
- Strong personal integrity and customer focus, with excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and advanced presentation skills.
- Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing field-based environment on multifunctional teams (including close collaboration with commercial and access colleagues).
- Previous experience in field related positions, with direct customer contact and consultancy are a plus.
- Written and spoken English and Spanish languages.
