Nuestro cliente es una Empresa, ubicada en el Polg. Ind. Guadalhorce, especializada en la venta de Maquinaria, Suministros Industriales y Ferretería que presta servicios al Cliente Profesional del Sector de la Carpintería Metálica/Aluminio, Cerrajerías, Ferreterías,… necesita incorporar un/a Trabajador Polivalente -Chófer de Camión Pluma) y Mozo de Almacén para sus instalaciones de Málaga, y cuya misión será llevar a cabo el reparto y la correcta entrega de los materiales, al objeto de cumplir con los compromisos de entrega adquiridos con los clientes. Además deberá de contar con la polivalencia para realizar trabajos de Almacén (preparación de pedidos, carga y descarga de materiales,…).

Reportando al Responsable de Almacén tendrá que responsabilizarse de llevar a cabo la conducción y manejo de camiones, la gestión de rutas para realizar entregas de materiales, trabajos de almacén,…, incluyéndose:

• Estarás encargado de conducir los camiones (con grúa), asegurando la correcta entrega y reparto de materiales (llevando los suministros a su destino, así como procediendo a la recogida de materiales).
• Te responsabilizaras de cargar y descargar los camiones de manera eficiente, asegurando que los materiales lleguen a su destino en perfecto estado.
• Gestionaras el suministro y la recogida de materiales, asegurando que la entrega sea correcta.
• Darás apoyo logístico en el almacén tanto para la preparación de mercancía como la entrada de la misma.
• Mantendrás el almacén limpio, ordenado y funcional, gestionando los materiales de forma que siempre estén accesibles y en buen estado.
• Utilizaras las herramientas de trabajo según las normas de seguridad y salud laboral.
• Colaboraras con los inventarios de materiales, así como con la gestión documental derivada del transporte (parte logística).

SE REQUIERE

• Candidato/a con un mínimo de Experiencia Profesional Previa de entre 1 y 2 años realizando funciones y tareas similares a las descritas, preferentemente en el Sector de la Carpintería Metálica, y/o sectores afines.
• Imprescindible poseer bagaje previo en el manejo de Grúa/Pluma de Camión y uso y conocimientos de carretillas elevadoras.
• Se requiere candidato/a responsable, proactivo y resolutivo, y con actitud positiva.
• Candidato con correcta capacidad para la planificación y organización del trabajo, y comprometido con la seguridad en el trabajo.
• Imprescindible contar con el carnet de conducir C (Camión).

Se trata de una empresa especializada en soluciones de movilidad inteligente, que opera en varios mercados globales, tiene como objetivo consolidar los negocios de peaje electrónico y flujo libre, así como supervisar los sistemas de pago. Ha implementado con éxito infraestructuras de peaje en todo el mundo.

Hablemos de tu proyecto:

Como PMO, deberás gestionar y mantener los documentos relativos a la gestión del proyecto y elaborar e implementar diversos informes sobre el avance. Participarás en la preparación de las revisiones del proyecto, incluidas las fichas financieras. También asegurarás el seguimiento administrativo: creación y seguimiento del presupuesto, del plan de recursos y ayuda en el control de los costes. Organizarás las reuniones del grupo o de la estructura del proyecto y redactarás las actas de las reuniones. Garantizarás el seguimiento y el archivo de los intercambios con los clientes y los proveedores.

Como Scheduler, deberás garantizar que siempre haya disponible un calendario actualizado para cada proyecto asignado y que en éstos se disponga del nivel de detalle necesario. Participarás en la fase inicial del proyecto asignado para impulsar la elaboración del calendario y ayudarás a los PM en las actividades de programación.

¿Cuál es la experiencia que puedes aportar?

• A partir de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar y formando parte de un equipo de gestión de proyectos.
• Ingeniería, preferiblemente en informática/ingeniería, empresariales/finanzas u otro campo relacionado.
• Formación en gestión de proyectos.
• Inglés fluido
• Nivel alto en Microsoft Project.
• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Power Point).
