Objetivo de la beca: Formación de un profesional que se integra al equipo de comunicación externa del banco. La misión de la beca es que adquiera los conocimientos básicos de las funciones que se llevan a cabo en un dpto de comunicación corporativa.

Funciones: Monitorización de impactos en medios de comunicación, preparación materiales comunicación y respuesta controlada a peticiones de periodistas.

Titulación deseada: Periodismo o Comunicación Audiovisual.

Requisitos técnicos: Capacidad de redacción y producción de contenidos buen nivel de inglés, interés por la actualidad y seguimiento de los medios.

Mission and responsibilities:

We are building a customer-focused and technology-driven platform for Openbank. Our mission is to transform the way the bank operates, aiming to enhance the customer experience in a digital world. We are looking for dynamic professionals who can lead and execute our vision through innovation and strategic thinking.

• Manage and Coordinate Programs: Lead the building and implementation of Openbank by establishing the program's vision and strategic objectives. Develop and execute detailed plans with schedules, resources allocation, and alignment with Openbank’s goals. Ensure the successful coordination of multiple projects.
• Monitor Project and Program Activities: Track project activities and timelines across various initiatives, ensuring progress aligns with program goals. Continuously evaluate program performance using KPIs and relevant metrics. Identify delays and risks, providing regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder and Product Owner Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, operations, end-user technology teams, and other domains across the bank to manage expectations and ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Work with product owners to manage backlogs, ensuring priorities are aligned with the overall program strategy.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct continuous risk assessments, evaluate assumptions, and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control the program’s tech budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial optimization. Manage resources efficiently while meeting financial targets and improving program performance.
• Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring: Ensure that all deliverables meet the established quality standards by adhering to rigorous quality control processes. Implement performance evaluation techniques and metrics to continuously assess and improve the quality of program outcomes.
• Technological Integration: Integration of advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Align technological initiatives with business goals to drive innovation within Openbank.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Software Director, manual testers, and other key team members to foster collaboration and ensure successful delivery of project and program outcomes.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).
• Proven experience in program technology leadership within the banking sector, particularly in digital banking (Openbank).
• Strong project and program management skills, with experience in agile methodology and a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical mindset with proficiency in performance evaluation, budgeting, data analysis, and problem-solving.
