Job Description

Somos la compañía líder en antibióticos genéricos, con +50 productos que ayudan a más de 200 millones de pacientes cada año. Tenemos un programa global para combatir la resistencia a los antibióticos (AMR) gracias a un enfoque equilibrado y multisectorial en la lucha contra esta amenaza global para la salud. El equipo de Quality Assurance busca incorporar un QA Compliance Specialist para nuestra planta de Palafolls:

Tus Responsabilidades Incluirán

• Mantener, gestionar, apoyar y mejorar continuamente el proceso aséptico, en colaboración con todos los departamentos de la planta
• Liderar proyectos de mejoras asépticas y garantizar su estado de cumplimiento, siguiendo los principios de evaluación de riesgos y mejora continua
• Identifica riesgos asépticos y de cumplimiento normativo relacionados con proyectos y su implementación
• Participar activamente en el QA oversight de planta en relación con el comportamiento aséptico y al control del riesgo de contaminación, así como para garantizar que las actividades cumplan con las cGMP, la política corporativa, los procedimientos locales y las expectativas regulatorias
• Apoyar la certificación de formación aséptica
• Preparación, revisión y aprobación de documentos técnicos
• Participar en las auditorías internas y en el programa de preparación de inspecciones de Autoridades Sanitarias
• Apoyar las auditorías e inspecciones regulatorias durante la ejecución y preparar las respuestas a las posibles observaciones
• Dar soporte a otras actividades del departamento de QA Compliance
  
  

Qué Debes Aportar Al Rol

• Licenciatura o Grado en Biología/Farmacia/Biotecnología o similar
• Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica enfocada en procesos asépticos
• Español e inglés fluidos
• Capacidad de gestionar y coordinar proyectos con deadlines
• Se valorará la experiencia en cumplimiento de regulaciones de garantía de calidad / cGMP (Nuevo Anexo I)
• Se valorará la experiencia en entorno regulado por la FDA (estériles, sólidos, API y productos farmacéuticos)
• Experiencia en inspecciones y auditorias
• Capacidad de organización y planificación
• Metodico/a y atención al detalle
• Colaboración y trabajo en equipo

The FIOH (Finance Innovation and Operations Hub) is the team within Sandoz whose mission is to reinvent corporate finance through the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. The Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting Sandoz’s digital finance projects.
• Modeling P&L forecasts for Sandoz Global.
• Analyzing AI forecasts and P&L modeling.
• Validation and co-creation of financial reports.
• Financial process automation projects.
• Supporting the operations of already implemented products. Generating improvements for these products.
• Preparing presentations of project progress.
• Analyzing reported data.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Minimum studies (completed or ongoing): Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Administration, enabling the signing of an internship agreement.

• Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office).
• Advanced level of English. The team is international, and you will use it daily.
• Personal competencies and skills: proactivity, independence, initiative in problem-solving, analytical/critical thinking, and communication skills.
  
  

Conditions

• Location: Madrid (hybrid mode)
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30-9:00 AM to 5:30-6:00 PM.

Como Customer Service Associate en el departamento de Supply Chain de nuestra planta de Palafolls, tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Gestión, confirmación, seguimiento de los pedidos de venta,documentación de envío, transporte y entrega.
• Coordinación y gestión, Intercompany pedidos de ventas.
• Coordinación, seguimiento de los Pedidos de Clientes /Muestras.
• Responsable de los diferentes tipos de Facturación de clientes.
• Responsable preparación documentación referente los Controles NFCM REV.
• Gestión y coordinación de las devoluciones intercompany clientes.
• Gestión solicitudes de compras SRM y gestión de facturación proveedores WF.
• Gestión y control archivo externo como ISRM Lead coordinators .
• Gestión, seguimiento y control semanal del KPI OTIF y mensual RCI KPI OTIF.
• Mantenimiento maestro de clientes.
• Soporte Auditorias.
• Creación, modificación de SOP´s, FRM´s y WP´s.
  
  

Qué Debes Aportar Al Rol

• Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o similar.
• Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, planificación y coordinación de actividades.
• Mínimo 3 años experiencia en empresa farmacéutica y normativas GxP.
• Buen dominio de idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos
• Se valorará el conocimiento avanzado en SAP.
• Capacidad de resolución de incidencias trabajando en equipos multidisciplinares orientado a los resultados de la planta
• Espíritu positivo y colaborador para trabajar en equipo
• Buena comunicación y asertividad / speak-up
• Alta capacidad de análisis, planificación, organización y toma de decisiones
• Curiosidad, proactividad e interés de mejora continua
