Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Representative at Sea Recovery in San Roque. The Client Care Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, support, and satisfaction to individuals seeking rehabilitation and recovery services at our center.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must, in multiple languages is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to drive a corporate car on daily basis
