Responsibilities:
Coordination support
- Support to oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processes
- Support local special project completion (in-person or virtual events)
- Support with documentation and reporting
- Develop into first POC for design and copy
- LinkedIn content management across countries
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative team
- Responsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking content performance on ad hoc basis (will increase over time)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months minimum or part-time for 6 months.
- Studying towards a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing coordination which includes creative brief management, asset production, documentation
- Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management across levels

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

The team is in charge of managing Partners - agencies who service brands on TikTok and responsible for partners' performance.
We are looking for an experienced account manager to onboard, incubate and support Ecommerce agency partners in the Spain market. As the Partnership Development and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving the TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) ecosystem.
The role Partnership Development and Operations Manager is to expand and drive the Ecommerce agency ecoystem through business development, training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with partners on the platform. This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies. You will become an expert on social commerce and all things to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Establish TikTok as the Ecommerce platform of choice for brands by building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities with Ecommerce and digital marketing agencies across core functions including: creative, social, production, logistics and influencer marketing.
- Establish themselves as the primary liaison, TikTok advocate and owner of client relationships for their respective agencies.
- Support partners throughout their onboarding and incubation on the platform, including identifying opportunities, providing strategic briefs, training, and consultation.
- Be responsible for TSP performance and growth by educating and training TSPs with best practices across live strategy, analysis and diagnosis of traffic and performance data.
- Design and launch TSP incentives and activities to encourage TSP's engagement.
- Focus on new agencies in the Ecommerce ecosystem - building them up and developing them into successful and thriving TSP agencies.
- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in partnership development and account management, great at building trusted relationships with platform partners, with negotiation skills
- Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of discovering Ecommerce, Ecommerce live streaming and short videos in an ES context.
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate fast-paced work environments and to thrive
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account management within tech companies, Ecommerce platforms, or agencies is preferred.
- Established network within agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.
- Creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative strategies.

🔎 Estamos buscando un/a Data Analyst para uno de nuestros equipos de paid media en Madrid.
🚀 Los retos de la posición:
- Comprender los retos del cliente a nivel negocio y de mejora de resultados, y diseñar un framework de análisis, medición y experimentación que permita tomar decisiones sólidas basadas en datos.
- Diseñar una learning agenda anual alineada con los retos del cliente.
- Implementar metodologías estadísticas y modelos predictivos para evaluar el desempeño de las campañas de manera más precisa y objetiva.
- Optimizar la toma de decisiones: Integrar una metodología ágil que, en base a los insights del framework de medición, permita de forma científica y automatizada mejorar el flujo de planificación y ejecución de campañas, así como en el análisis de resultados.
- Exploración de nuevas fuentes de datos: Identificar y aprovechar nuevas fuentes de datos (tanto internas como externas) para enriquecer los análisis y descubrir oportunidades de crecimiento no evidentes.
- Desarrollo de insights accionables: Transformar los datos en insights profundos y accionables que permitan mejorar continuamente las estrategias de Paid Media.
- Sólidos conocimientos en estadística y probabilidad: Pruebas de hipótesis, regresión, análisis de series temporales, etc.
- Sólidos conocimientos en la experimentación en plataformas de publicidad como Google, Meta, Tiktok…
- Experiencia en herramientas de análisis: SQL, herramientas de visualización (Looker) y plataformas de publicidad (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Desarrollo de dashboards personalizados: Crear visualizaciones interactivas para monitorear el desempeño de las campañas y facilitar la toma de decisiones.
- Dominio de modelos de atribución (tradicionales, multi-touch attribution...)
- Capacidad para interpretar y comunicar resultados de modelos complejos a perfiles no técnicos.
- Habilidad para conectar el análisis estadístico con el contexto de negocio y marketing.
- Experiencia previa con Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) o modelos similares.
