What We´re Looking For

Key responsibilities:
- Design and evolve scalable and reusable mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared components to accelerate development across all mobile apps in the Welltech portfolio
- Build and maintain libraries, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, tooling, etc. to improve developer experience and apps reliability
- Partner closely with product engineering teams to understand their needs and drive adoption of platform solutions
- Drive architecture and technical standards across product engineering teams, advocating for clean abstractions, modularization and testability by design
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, documentation, and mentoring
- Identify common problems across apps and solve them in a consistent, scalable way
- Ensure high-quality, testable, and performant code across the shared mobile platform and tooling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, frontend, security, and infrastructure teams to enable seamless integration and platform alignment

Required skills:
- Deep expertise in iOS development with a strong grasp of Swift, including concurrency, networking, persistence, and performance optimization
- Strong experience with TCA and composable, modular UI architectures
- Excellent understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, DI) and modular codebases
- Proven ability to craft clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong ability to design for reliability, scalability, and performance
- Track record of building internal tools, shared components, or platform features at scale
- Strong advocate of technical patterns and solutions that optimize for experimentation speed (e.g. modularization, high cohesion/low coupling)
- Strong experience with CI/CD best practices and tooling (e.g. Bitrise, Fastlane, custom pipelines)
- Experience implementing and advocating for methodologies that support fast iteration and high dev productivity (e.g. eXtreme Programming, Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, BDD, TDD)
- Strong advocate of design for testability, automated testing, and shift-left quality mindset
- Passion for developer experience and enabling teams to move faster and safer
- Product-minded approach with a bias for pragmatic, maintainable solutions
- Ability to influence without formal authority and communicate clearly across teams

Nice to have:
- Experience with backend development
- Experience with backend-driven UI
- Hands-on experience with OWASP mobile security best practices

Exploring new heights, we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of one of our leading apps.

- You enjoy working in a growing and dynamic environment. We´re a small team with big ambitions. Even though you are a researcher primarily, you don´t mind supporting the team with other tasks, such as research ops and advocacy.

And some more:
- You have at least 4+ years of relevant user research experience in developing digital products where you have done usability tests, concept tests, and/or unmoderated studies independently.
- You´re comfortable doing evaluative research, having done this many times in previous jobs, and you can run a study end-to-end independently.
- You are excited to grow your experience in foundational research—you have some experience doing in-depth interviews, leading focus groups, and understanding basic data analysis models such as affinity mapping.
- You know how to get people on board. You´re comfortable working in English and communicate clearly and to the point. You know how to make insights land with your stakeholders.
- You can keep your agenda flexible to work with people across time zones.

Job Overview:

We seek a skilled and passionate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Mobile Automation Team. As an SDET, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test platforms & tools to ensure the quality and reliability of multiple software products. You will work closely with Engineer Managers, software developers, and AQA/MQA engineers to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle, providing high-quality solutions to complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and implement test strategies for automated testing by working closely with product engineering teams (Engineering Managers, developers, AQA/MQA) and other cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and products.
- Design and implement a scalable automation framework that aligns with the test strategy, enabling efficient creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts across various testing types.
- Assist in selecting suitable and effective testing tools for each test type (unit, integration, system, and end-to-end) to enhance test efficiency and ensure thorough coverage within the automation framework.
- Collaborate with developers and AQA engineers in reviewing test code and ensuring adherence to best practices for high-quality automated testing.
- Design & develop pipelines for continuous testing & continuous integration to integrate automation scripts into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Design a real-time automation dashboard to measure build quality and provide feedback to delivery teams.
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive test documentation that includes test plans, test cases, and execution results to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing among the team.
- Mentor quality engineers on automation best practices and support automation backlog efforts.

Required Skills:

Development:
- Strong proficiency in Java with experience in building and maintaining test frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and patterns, with the ability to effectively develop and maintain applications.
- Deep understanding of SDLC processes and experience in cross-team collaboration.

Testing:
- Proven expertise in software testing - setting up and executing automated testing frameworks, with expertise in designing scalable automation solutions across various testing layers.

DevOps:
- Knowledge of deployment strategies, orchestration, and fault tolerance mechanisms; skilled in building and delivering applications using CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong expertise in web technologies (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
- Great understanding of mobile architectures and applications (iOS, Android) (hands-on experience in mobile test automation would be a plus)
- Observability solutions: Experience with reporting, monitoring, logging, and alerting for application health and test framework performance.
- Mentorship: Ability to mentor quality engineering and development team members and foster a strong testing and engineering culture across teams.
- English proficiency: Intermediate level or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or in a similar role.

Nice to have:
- DevOps Engineering - Experience and understanding of IaC, GitOps, and ChatOps approaches, with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment automation.
- Second language proficiency in Python, Swift, or JS/TS for cross-functional projects and mobile automation.
