Role: Role is in line with ICEX Vives Internship program and candidate must be Spanish resident relocating abroad to Estonia. Must be between the age of 18 to 30.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative at BEONx, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of BEONx solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with BEONx solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of BEONx products and services to potential clients. Articulate how our solutions can address their specific challenges and contribute to their success.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Establish rapport and credibility to position BEONx as a trusted partner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize lead generation strategies. Provide valuable feedback to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. Utilize data to track progress, identify trends, and report on key performance indicators.

- Familiar with CRM systems and have a level of proficiency in using sales tools (Hubspot ecpcne is a plus
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- General understanding of the hospitality technology industry (Revenue Management is a bonus)
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral.

- Fluent in English and Spanish (German or additional languages is a plus)
