We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to go beyond the expected. Someone who sees design as more than just making things look good - it’s about solving problems, shaping narratives, and leaving a mark. What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of BHONG’s creative output, helping to shape the look and feel of our projects and the brands we work with. Your day-to-day will include:

• Develop bold, memorable brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines that create lasting impressions.
• Design cutting-edge websites, UI components, and landing pages, ensuring intuitive user experiences that merge aesthetics with function.
• Bring ideas to life across multiple mediums, from presentation decks to digital campaigns and marketing assets.
• Work closely with the founder and creative team, exchanging ideas, refining concepts, and pushing projects to their full potential.
• Help shape BHONG’s creative evolution, influencing everything from internal design processes to the way we approach storytelling and branding.

• A versatile designer who thrives in both branding and web design. You know how to build a brand identity that translates seamlessly across platforms.
• You’re obsessed with the details - not just in how things look, but in how they feel. Every font, color, and layout choice is made with intention.
• You’re tech-savvy and adaptable - fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, always keeping up with the latest tools, trends, and design shifts.
• You love collaborating - whether it’s brainstorming ideas, iterating on feedback, or refining concepts with a team.
• You take initiative - you don’t wait for direction, you solve problems, bring ideas, and push projects forward.
• (Bonus!) You’re in Barcelona - while this role is remote, if you’re local, we’d love to connect in person for brainstorming sessions, team meetups, or just a coffee.
