Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and inspire a team of logistics specialists to achieve operational excellence.
• Optimize logistics workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate production orders between local and intercompany teams, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with subsidiary managers.
• Develop and maintain logistics agreements to meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to define and manage safety stock levels.
• Monitor and manage stock rotation, ensuring efficient inventory turnover.
• Analyze and address slow-moving stock to maintain optimal warehouse performance.
• Provide exceptional customer support, including handling clerical tasks for select clients.
• Oversee urgent transport arrangements and ensure departmental KPIs and CRIs are achieved.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid technical background with specialized training in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, warehousing or related fields.
• Relevant experience in a similar logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and effectively manage teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions.
