What You’ll Do:
- Organize and lead fun, cultural activities for students
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure the best experience for all
- Conduct risk assessments to keep everyone safe
- Supervise excursions and events, delivering top-notch service
- Share on-call emergency duties with the team
- A natural leader who energizes others
- Organized and detail-oriented under pressure
- Passionate about creating great experiences
- Fluent in English (B2 level preferred) and eligible to work in Spain
- Gain international work experience
- Network with people from all over the world
- Build leadership and communication skills
- Enjoy a fun workplace with team events
