Responsibilities:
🎨 Develop engaging, creative content for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on industry trends, success stories, and product updates.
📈 Strategically grow engagement, impressions, followers, and video views by 2x through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
📹 Lead visual storytelling by collaborating with the Brand Studio to produce eye-catching, on-trend content and occasionally creating quick assets independently.
📋 Build a short-form content strategy that highlights key pillars like industry trends, partnerships, and product showcases in innovative formats to stand out.
🤝 Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Campaign teams to align social media strategies with business priorities.
📊 Monitor key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies to enhance engagement and brand awareness on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
📌 Stay adaptable and contribute across multiple platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn when needed.
Qualifications:
✅ At least 2 years of experience creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.
🌐 Bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional writing, presenting, and storytelling skills.
🎯 Strong analytical skills.
🎨 Exceptional creativity.
🤝 Highly collaborative and organized.
