As a Junior Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring service excellence, and providing a top-tier experience. Working closely with teams like Product, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll help optimize processes, manage operational issues, and coordinate across departments to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. • Support the implementation and proactive monitoring of operational projects aimed at optimizing our property portfolio and streamlining the customer conversion funnel.


• Handle daily interactions with customers and real estate advisors, assisting in issue resolution and ensuring a smooth experience.
