The Executive Director of Program Experience for Bachelor’s programs will ensure academic and operational excellence across assigned program(s). This role oversees course operations, student and faculty engagement, and drives strategies for innovation and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Executive Director actively participates in internal and external initiatives to uphold and enhance program quality.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to manage a team of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service to students. This individual will play a key role in fostering a student-centric culture, driving organizational change, and leading cultural and digital transformation within the Business School.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Student Experience & Transformation and works closely with the Vice Dean of the program(s), sharing responsibility for program design, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Your role as Executive Director of Program Experience for Bachelor’s programs will involve

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery to students.
• Develop and implement strategies to instil a student-centric culture while enhancing student engagement, satisfaction, and overall program quality.
• Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Provide innovative solutions and vision to address cultural and digital transformation challenges.
• Drive organizational change, fostering collaboration, creativity, and adaptability within the team.
• Serve as a role model for student service excellence, empathy, and proactive problem-solving.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Introduce fresh perspectives and best practices from industries outside the academic sector, applying proven strategies that have delivered success in the past.
• Drive innovation in program delivery and student services, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams to align goals with the organization's mission.

To thrive in this role, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong orientation toward service excellence and customer-focused solutions, with a demonstrated commitment to enhancing the student experience.
• Expertise in organizational change management, with a proven track record of leading successful cultural transformations.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to offer visionary solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, collaboration, and active listening.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
