About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially astute Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, drive strategic partnerships, and accelerate our presence in key international markets. You’ll be a key player in shaping our commercial future, working closely with suppliers and customers across a fast-paced and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally
• Build and manage strong relationships with tyre manufacturers, importers, and distributors
• Drive growth in existing markets and lead expansion into new regions
• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions
• Represent Impertrade at industry events and exhibitions when required

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the tyre industry
• International trading or tyre import/export experience highly regarded
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Understanding of global supply chains and commercial dynamics
• Willingness to travel as required
