About This Role

Join the dynamic EIT Operations team as an Apprentice in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you'll contribute to our fast-paced operations by supporting the smooth functioning of our rider mobile devices. Collaborate with a passionate team that ensures our technological backbone operates efficiently. This role offers a hybrid working environment and reports directly to the EIT Operations - Senior Support Technician

Location: Madrid office

Reporting to: EIT Operations - Senior Support Technician

Part-time role: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day)

These Are Some of the Key Ingredients to the Role:

• Process mobile phone warranties and collaborate with suppliers for efficient solutions.
• Provide timely support for rider device issues via a dedicated Slack channel.
• Diagnose, repair, and configure mobile phones to meet operational needs.
• Manage incoming shipments from hubs, ensuring proper handling and processing.
• Update and maintain the internal database for accurate tracking of mobile devices.
• Supervise SIM blocking and duplication for unreturned devices.
• Package and ship devices to hubs with attention to detail.
  
  

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
• Interest in process improvement and innovative problem-solving.
• Experience working with or repairing mobile phones (preferred).
