What you’ll do

• Drive Creative Vision: Lead the charge in crafting compelling design solutions from initial concept to final execution, shaping innovative strategies that deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Partner with a team of talented Design Directors and Designers to brainstorm, experiment, and generate groundbreaking ideas that exceed client objectives.
• Explore & Discover: Dive into a world of creative possibilities, exploring every avenue to uncover the most impactful and innovative design solutions.
• Shape Big Ideas: Develop and refine "big ideas" based on strategic insights and creative briefs, pushing boundaries to achieve breakthrough designs that captivate and inspire.
• Strategic Design Leadership: Shape competitive and forward-thinking design strategies and plans that elevate our clients' brands and achieve their business goals.
• Client & Team Partnership: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients, sharing your passion for creative excellence across branding, packaging, motion, and visual communication.

What you’ll need

• Proven Design Prowess: Demonstrate a successful track record in a similar role within a brand or design agency, showcasing your ability to bring creative visions to life.
• Creative Suite Mastery: Possess expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, wielding your tools with precision and artistry.
• Portfolio of Innovation: Present a portfolio that shines a spotlight on your exceptional talent, highlighting innovative thinking, a strong conceptual foundation, and the ability to execute impactful designs.
• Trendsetter Mindset: Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of current creative and design trends, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and exploration.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with internal teams and clients, presenting your ideas with confidence and clarity.
• Visionary Thinking: Articulate your design vision and present ideas with conviction, inspiring others to embrace your creative solutions.
