MADRID : SALES ASSISTANT IN STORE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards;
• Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in team;
• Stock management in terms of deliveries intake, replenishment, returns;
• Clienteling activities
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
• Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
• Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Deals with customer queries and complaints;
• Proactively suggests strategies to attract new customers, expands store traffic, and enhances brand awareness in the market;
• Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
• Experience as sales assistant in the fashion/luxury industry;
• Experience with contemporary brands is a plus;
• Passion about your job, strong sensitivity for fashion, pro pension to take on new challenges,
• Excellent selling skills;
• Customer service-orientation and customer management abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in Spanish;
• English speaking;
• Ability to use digital devices, and programs Microsoft Excel and Word;
