Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
• Provide assistance with product-related questions and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document feedback
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer experience
• Share insights and feedback on customer trends with management for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in English
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems)
